Both the teams also had a wonderful playoff run as they won every match until the Upper Bracket Finals.
TTV and Amaterasu had their first encounter with Pokemon UNITE Championship Series 2023 Aeos Cup: North America in the Upper Bracket Grand Finals. This match had all eyes as one of the most hyped matches in the whole tournament, between the two giants. However, TTV won the Upper Bracket Grand Finals with a score of 2-0.
Amaterasu made a comeback from the Lower Brackets after defeating Luminosity with a scoreline of 2-0. In the finals, TTV again beat Amaterasu with a scoreline of 3-0. TTV won the whole tournament without dropping a single map in the entire tournament.
