1. Frantic Mode

General Rules
- Wait 30 seconds at the start of the round before killing any crewmates to give the crewmates a head start on tasks.
- Only sabotage communications and sabotage lights; no other sabotages may be used.

2. Dead By Daylight Mode
If you play Among Us regularly, you might sometimes want a different way to do things. Thinking about that, some players came up with the Dead by Daylight mode. General Rules
- Crewmates shall know and be well aware of the impostor in the game.
- Before the game starts, the impostor shall stand still and give a countdown of a certain time period in the starting point of the lobby, and crewmates are supposed to utilize those few seconds for a head start to complete their tasks as fast as they can.
- Impostors are only allowed to sabotage Communications at the very beginning of the game and switch off the lights.
- Crewmates cannot fix the lights or Communications sabotaged by the impostor.
- Dead bodies in the game can’t be reported.
- No Emergency Meetings can be called in-game.
- Crewmates need to finish all their tasks to win the game before the impostor kills the entire crew.
You will need people that are willing to follow those rules, so make sure to start only when you are sure they will play the way you are looking foward to.

- Crewmate Vision – 5x
- Impostor Vision – 0.25x
- Kill Cooldown – 10 seconds

What makes this mode unique is its carnage and thrill of fleeing and try to win before all your crewmates fall. Set the kill timer to the lowest possible, ramp um the speeds and give the impostor almost no vision. Call your friends, turn up some horror music and let the fastest win.
3. Five is Enough Mode
Imagine having to summarize everything you have to say in 5 words. Would you be able to? Now, imagine if you had to develop all of your questions and answers in 5 words. That is the Small Talk mode on Among Us. Additionally, among other modes, this does not change the game settings a lot. It revolves more around being unable to use more than 5 words while playing.
General Rules
- Impostors can sabotage the whole map.
- Sabotages can be fixed by Crewmates.
- Crewmates can report dead bodies.
- Crewmates can call emergency meetings.
- Ghosts are not allowed to talk.
- After the meeting is open, either it’s an emergency or a report, players are only allowed to speak five words in the whole game.
- Either it is in the chat-box or a voice conversation, players are only allowed to speak five words, i.e., if a player is alive for five discussion rounds, he/she should spare one word for each round.
- If a player speaks five words in one single round, he/she cannot converse any further.
- If a player uses more than five words during the game, he/she will be voted out.

4. Murder She Wrote Mode

- The imposter has to blend in with other members.
- After the game starts, pretend like you are doing tasks.
- The only person that can use the chat after reporting a body is who reported.
- It only changes the way players interact with each other.

Depending on the level of the other players around, you may want to change some settings. As this game is more in line with the original mode, impostors may end up having too much of an advantage, because this time only one person can answer. So, the killer itself might just report the body and create a history and call it a day. That also means that a poor crewmate that reports right after a sabotagge may end up on a very difficult situation and even floating around on space.
5. Hide and Seek Mode
Hide and Seek is one of the aforementioned mods to play on Among Us to keep the game fresh and new for your gameplay sessions. Surely, this is a quite exciting one from other interesting modes.
General Rules
- There will be only one impostor, and a few tasks to do.
- Impostor will call an emergency meeting and identify itself.
- After that, the impostor will begin counting, during which the crewmates will scramble through the ship.
- Once the countdown is over, the lights will be sabotaged, and the hunt will begin.
- The lights can’t be the first to be fixed. The game ends once the impostor kills everyone or the crewmates finish their tasks.
- Alternatively, the game can just be the crewmates hiding and a timer to the hunter to find everyone.
- One of the most crucial parts is that the impostor needs to have a significantly worst sight than everyone else.
