Strong Tier Commanders – Kim Yu-Sin

The Greatest Commander of all time in the South Asian region, Kim Yu-Sin was the conqueror of three of the strongest communities mankind could ever witness. In the world of Civilization as well, Kim Yu-Sin comes up with massive Knowledge points of about 410+ and HP of about 3000+.

The character also has one of the highest Leadership points that makes him the best strategist throughout the game thus helping the players to protect their city with his whole soul and heart.

Good Tier Commanders – Takeda Shingen

The Japanese boon, Takedan Shingen is well known for the long-reigning empire that he established during his period. He was feared throughout Japan with the name, “Tiger of Kai”. This Japanese warrior is most famous in the pages of history because of the rivalry he held with one of the greatest warriors, Uesugi Kenshin.

The Commander holds up one of the highest Leadership points but lacks in the Force and HP which counts on as up to 440 and 2700 points respectively. Players using them get a lot of advantages as he is one of the best artillery users as well.

Fair Tier Commanders – Murasaki Shikibu 

Author of one of the most anticipated books, The Diary of Lady Murasaki and The Tale of Genji, Murasaki Shikibu is yet another best leader coming up from the B-tier commanders. Her great knowledge of language helped her become one of the best novelists, poets, and a strategist as well.
