Cookie Run: Kingdom released Sea Fairy Cookie, which is a Legendary Bomber Cookie, back when Version 1.6’s “Tropical Soda Islands” came out. Ever since then, Sea Fairy Cookie has been received quite the back-burner when it comes to her position in the META of the game. Despite being such a high rarity, she has been significantly displaced by other new Cookies.
Nevertheless, the new Version 4.9 “A Mermaid’s Tale Part 1” has released a Soul Jam that can be equipped onto Sea Fairy Cookie, buffing her kit and overall damage numbers. This guide will be helping you with how to build Sea Fairy Cookie, how to obtain her, and the ways to level her up.
How to Obtain Sea Fairy Cookie in Cookie Run: Kingdom
Sea Fairy Cookie is a Legendary Cookie and hence can be obtained through the Gacha. Legendary and the Cookies above the Rarity gets their Limited Rate Up Banner when they are initially released, where players need to obtain exclusive wish currency to pull for them. There is a pity system in these Rate-Up Banners hence players can get the guaranteed Cookie in the 250th pull. There are many ways to obtain her Soulstones such as,
- Guild Medal Shop: Available exclusively through joining a Guild. Players have to participate in Guild Battles to obtain the Heroic Medal currency to exchange with the Soulstones. Players can get 1 Soulstones for each purchase. The Shop will eventually Reset lasting 3 days each rotation.
- Rainbow Shell Gallery: Located inside Touc’s Trade Harbor after you upgrade it. The soulstones can only be exchanged with the Rainbow Pearls currency which can be obtained by shipping various goods through the Ship Harbor. You can obtain 1 Soulstone Cookie. The Shop resets every 2 Days so players have to keep a lookout on which Soulstone Cookies comes out every rotation.

Sea Fairy Cookie was frozen under a curse long ago. But perhaps because of her grieving heart, her soul was frozen beyond magic. If it weren’t for the warm kindness of our Cookies, she might have chosen to stay frozen forever.
Beyond her flowing hair, the twinkle in her eyes still states that she is willing to fight her fate. Let’s hope she does not let go of her sword, giving up hope and choosing to turn into sea foam.

Crystal Jams act similarly to Magic Candies where they can be equipped to Cookies in order to buff their kit significantly. Crystals Jams are exclusive to Cookies whose Rarities are above Epic such as Legendary, Super Epic, Ancient, Dragon, etc.

Best Toppings for Sea Fairy Cookie in Cookie Run: Kingdom
Sea Fairy Cookie has an assortment of Toppings to choose from depending on what you prefer in her build. Additionally, after the Version 4.9 update, all Cookies or non-Cookies that are released and have ties with the ‘A Mermaid’s Tale‘ storyline will be able to use the Sea Salt Resonant Toppings. These Toppings work just like the Moonkissed Toppings where the damage multipliers are boosted up from regular Toppings.
For Sea Fairy Cookie, there are 2 recommended Toppings to equip her. The first option is Swift Chocolate Toppings. Her long cooldown of 17 seconds is a hassle to deal with, especially in competitive PvP battles. A full set or just parts of the Toppings will help with reducing her cooldown.
The second option is to opt for Searing Raspberry Toppings. A full set can be used but it is recommended that players use a mix of SP Toppings and SC Toppings to balance both her cooldown and boost her ATK DMG.

Final Thoughts
For a year, players have requested Sea Fairy to be buffed as she falls significantly flat in terms of DMG compared to other released Cookies. Even as a Legendary, she seems to be the worst of them all, her Rarity barely makes up for her bad kit and cooldown.
Even though she has gotten her Crystal Jam, she still feels underwhelming to use and as such not very viable in the Kingdom Arena. There may be some hope that Sea Fairy Cookie just needs a good Support Cookie to fully utilize her kit effectively. Till then, it seems like there has been no change in terms of her viability.
