How to obtain Silent Salt Cookie in Cookie Run: Kingdom
Silent Salt Cookie is a Beast Cookie and hence can be obtained through the Gacha. Legendary and the Cookies above the Rarity get their own Limited Rate up Banner when they are initially released.
The players need to obtain exclusive wish currency to pull for him. As of now, all Beast Cookies and their Soulstones can only be obtained through Gacha-exclusive Events.

Silent Salt Cookie summons Nox Black Salt to silence enemies and unleash powerful slashes that end with a moon explosion, dealing huge damage. He applies Fury of the Catacombs to the enemy with the highest ATK, weakening them until it builds up into Punishment, which silences and deals heavy damage. If that enemy is defeated, the effect shifts to the next strongest.
When his team’s HP falls low, he activates Wrath of the Catacombs, resetting his cooldown and triggering a devastating Silent Demise followed by Punishment. His passive, Forsaken Freedom, makes him immune to cooldown-impairing effects and instead grants him shields, damage resist, and cooldown recovery. He can also execute enemies if their HP gets too low from his Punishment.
