eFootball 2025 continues its streak of Epic player packs, and this time, it’s all about the midfield maestros of Italy 2006 World Cup-winning squad. The Epic Italy 2006 Pack brings three iconic midfielders who were instrumental in their country’s triumph: Gennaro Gattuso, Francesco Totti, and Andrea Pirlo.
This pack is a dream for many of those fans who saw the Italian squad lifting the trophy after a hard-fought match that also carried though the penalty shootouts. Let’s break down their strengths and how they shape up on the pitch.
Epic cards from the Epic Italy 2006 pack in eFootball 2025
Following a similar pattern, we see 150 players in this pack with three Epic cards. Two of them have Show Time skills, while one is your regular Epic.
Fransisco Totti
- Position: CF
- Playing Style: Deep-Lying Forward
- Showtime Skill: Phenomenal Pass
Totti’s card is a dream for those who love technical brilliance, and this CF card is pretty much the definition of a Deep-Lying Forward. He has exceptional dribbling, ball control, and passing stats at base, so while progressing, you can figure out these easily.

Despite not being an out-and-out poacher, Totti is a lethal finisher inside the box. His finishing numbers push to the 90s, so no worries. Something you can notice is that this version of his card gets strong numbers in the pace department, still, he might not outpace many center-backs that are also getting speed boosts.
When you give an overall look at the card and the Show Time skill, it would be a waste to not use him at SS. His rating at that position goes to an insane 107, so I prefer building him somewhat like this: 7-4-9-10-9-4, which distributes the stats the best.
Gennaro Gattuso
- Position: DMF
- Playing Style: Destroyer
- Showtime Skill: Fortress
I could play with my friend’s account, who was lucky enough to pull him, and I can say he’s an engine. He never runs out of stamina, and that alone is a strong aspect. He is a relentless, aggressive Destroyer who lives for tackles and duels.

His game is built on constantly pressing opponents, breaking up play, and winning back possession. His stamina ensures he covers every blade of grass. But I’m in favour of giving him a balanced build where you have his defensive numbers in the mid-90s, but distribute to speed and passing aspects.
Andrea Pirlo
- Position: DMF
- Playing Style: Orchestrator
Surprised this card didn’t get a Show Time skill, imagine having something like Phenomenal Pass or Visionary Pass on this card. He’s the kind of midfielder who dictates tempo, and when you look at those midfield numbers, they sure are world-class.

He is one of the best passers in the game and carries all the skill sets needed. He also has this close control where the ball just sticks to his feet, this has been common in most of his cards. His set-piece delivery is another major asset. So, pretty easy to say he has that pure CMF qualities, but that doesn’t stop there.
Defensively, Pirlo isn’t a destroyer, but his positioning and reading of the game allow him to intercept passes and recycle possession efficiently. That said, in auto build, his pace is a bit on the lower side, so that means he needs a more mobile midfield partner to cover ground.
Best pick from the Italy 2006 pack in eFootball 2025
For me, all three are awesome picks. I feel Totti is the best pick of the lot. Compared to his other cards, the numbers get a noticeable boost. Gattuso and Pirlo are solid picks too, so you don’t have to worry much about them covering ground. If you ask me, just go for it.
