Fortnite is an action-packed battle royale game from Epic Games where players need to fight against each other on an island with 100 players and survive till the end to become the winner. This week Fortnite has introduced new exotic weapons as a part of their patch v23.40 update and they can be acquired from Cold Blooded Vaults. Here’s how players can locate and open them.
Where to find and how to open the Cold Blooded Vaults in Fortnite
Fortnite has introduced a new event known as Most Wanted where players need to steal the wealth of the Cold Blooded clan in the game. To do so they need to fight against Cold Blooded bosses and loot from the Cold Blooded Vaults which resemble the vaults in Chapter 3.
The Cold Blooded Vaults are located at Shattered Labs, Faulty Splits, and Brutal Bastion in the game. The makers have selected these locations as they are quite far away from each other which makes the challenge more interesting and longer to crack. All vaults are locked by default and players need to acquire Vault Keycards to unlock them successfully.
To open the vaults players will need to get their hands on Vault Keycards which can only be acquired by defeating the Cold Blooded Bosses who are the NPCs who can be seen defending the vaults at their locations. Defeating them might be quite tough so players should make sure that they have enough cover and bring HP items to revive their health time during the fight.
Players should also try to end the fight as fast as possible which can be done by dealing in headshots as they bring forward the most damage. Players can fight alone if they want to but going with a squad will always increase their chances of winning and make it a lot easier. After one has successfully defeated a boss, they will acquire the key and can then easily unlock the Cold Blooded Vaults and reap their rewards.
