The Collection of Dragons and Snakes is a brand-new quest that takes place in the new region Enkanomiya within Genshin Impact. Enkanomiya is a new area added in the Version 2.4 Update and comes with a myriad of unique & new quests for the world. As part of the Collection of Snakes and Dragons World Quest, players in Genshin Impact must collect five lost books of Ema. The books won’t be marked on your map in the same way as other quests are.
It is not as easy, as it sounds to locate five lost books in an area of the size of Enkanomiya. The puzzles are quite different from the ones found in Mondstadt and Liyue, as well as Inazuma. Genshin Impact Collection of Dragons and Snakes World Quest: Five lost books to find
The Collection of Dragons and Snakes is an all-world quest, that can be found within Genshin Impact’s Enkanomiya region. It is available through the shadow of Ema, who will appear within The Narrows library. Players first came across Enjou. A few of these Lost Books in Genshin Impact are connected to world quests within the Enkanomiya region. We will go through all the five lost books now and conquer the Collections of Dragons and Snakes quest.
1. Tricolor File: Bathysmal Vishap Experimental Records
First, players must head north along Dainichi Mikoshi. This will lead the player to a smaller landmass on which the player can glide. 3. In the Light, Beneath the Shadow
One must go to Dainichi Mikoshi’s central area for this one. Players need to next look towards the south-west. This will be followed by going down two ledges. He finds the Ruin Guard, near a set of explosive barrels. One must defeat the enemy and blow down the weak part of the wall. Upon doing so, the player will discover two Triangular Mechanisms. When he gets to Evernight, the player should smack the one with a blue glow.
In front of a challenging marker, players should see Whitenight/Evernight switch. Players choose Whitenight and activate the other mechanism. The small nook will open up, but the player will need to switch back to the Evernight. One must touch the wall to discover the glowing symbols. This will be done by using the symbols and respective pips. The player can plan the order, in which he will move forward via the spectral doors within the Serpent’s Heart puzzle area. When it is done correctly, a common chest along with the book will appear.
4. Date’s Challenge & Hydrological Studies in Byakuyakoku
Genshin Impact’s Evernight Temple Labyrinth is found in the northeast section of this area. The player can only see the outline during Evernight. They must look down below, in the direction, the player is facing to find a ledge. In addition to the Whitenight/Evernight switch, there are two triangular mechanisms.
To operate the Triangular Mechanisms, the player must first switch to Whitenight. The player will find a device on the left. Tapping on it, it will rotate the outer section. Tapping on the right device once will rotate the inner section. This will be followed by returning to Evernight. One must look at the Evernight Temple Labyrinth from a decent vantage point. Activating all four totems will open the gate at the center of the maze. Players must jump down to each chest and open it to get a Medal of Recognition. Date wants the player to find another Medal of Recognition which he has hidden somewhere. The player will have access to that item soon.
Date’s Challenge
In Genshin Impact, one must look for the marked location of Date’s Challenge. There is a metal gate in Serpent’s Heart, as soon as the player enters the area. He can activate the switch using Date’s Key and interact with it. A treasure chest, two levers on the wall, a Whitenight/Evernight switch, and several movable blocks are visible below the player, as he jumps.
We want both sides of the room to be symmetrical. To do this, we must:
- Ensure the player is standing near the treasure chest. Change to Whitenight.
- For the gate to open, players must pull the wall lever next to the chest.
- Strike twice on the Triangular Mechanism to your right. This will move two blocks to your right.
- They must press the wall lever again near the chest.
- To reach the chest, move to the opposite side of the room. They must turn the wall lever there to reach the chest.
- The player needs to hit the second Triangular Mechanism twice.
- Players must pull out the wall lever.
- The player can now go back to the first Triangular Mechanism. They must click on it once.
If one follows the steps above correctly, he will be able to switch back to Evernight. Upon switching back to Evernight, the player will receive the second Medal of Recognition. After that, the player should talk to Date in the Evernight Temple Labyrinth. In Genshin Impact, players will finish the Date’s Challenge puzzle and make the shade happy with the accomplishment.
5. The Serpent and Drakes of Tokoyokoku
It is easy to find this book. They must visit the Yae Publishing House in Inazuma City. One can purchase the book for 1,500 Mora only. If players find all five Lost Books, they must return them to Ema in the library. He will be able to place all five books on the opposite wall before it turns into a portal.
