C1: A Need to Verify Facts
This constellation increases Charlotte’s healing potential. It marks a character once they are healed and then they receive additional healing every 2s for 6s. Usually, Charlotte provides a huge amount of healing to all party members and then only heals the active members inside the field. Now, off-field party members will also receive healing.
C2: A Duty to Pursue Truth
Charlotte gains an ATK buff based on how many enemies she can hit with her Elemental Skill and maxes out at 3 enemies. This increases both her DMG and healing.
C3: An Imperative to Independence
Three additional levels to her Elemental burst results in more healing.
C4: A Responsibility to Oversee
Charlotte restores 2 energy every time her Burst hits enemies marked by her Skill, up to 5 times. This slightly lowers her ER requirements.
C5: A Principle of Conscience
Three additional levels to her Elemental Skill results in more DMG. This is not very impactful since her DMG is not the main part of her kit.
C6: A Summation of Interest
When the active character’s normal or charged attack hits enemies marked by her Skill, Charlotte will deal a coordinated AOE Cryo attack and heal the active character. This effect can be triggered every 6s. This results in more frequent Cryo application and more healing.
Final Thoughts
Charlotte is a perfectly functional unit at C0. C1, C2, C3, and C6 are the constellations that improve her healing. There is no proper stopping point, all of her constellations are worth getting but do not feel pressured to pull for them.
