C1: Sublime Salutations
This constellation makes him take less DMG from Blooms as well as increase his self-healing.
C2: Grace of Royal Roads
The ATK speed buff helps with landing more hits during his burst mode. Since Claymore attacks are really slow, to begin with, the effects of this buff may not be significant.
C3: Profferings of Dur Untash
This increases his DMG if he is played in a Spread team. Otherwise, it is negligible.
C4: Feast of Apadana
Increases Kaveh’s Bloom DMG. Kaveh needs to be the one to trigger the Blooms for this to take effect. This DMG bonus is additive, not multiplicative. It adds on top of any other DMG bonus he might have, like from EM.
C5: Treasures of Bonkhanak
This only increases his DMG if he is being played in a Spread team. It does not increase Bloom DMG.
C6: Pairidaeza’s Dreams
This functions kind of similarly to Raiden Shogun and Albedo’s skill. When Kaveh hits enemies in his burst mode, a coordinated AOE Dendro will be launched at the enemy. It will also detonate all Bloom cores nearby, just like his skill. This can only be triggered once every 3s. This constellation is handy if he is being played in a Bloom team. However, this constellation will be a detriment if he is being played in a Hyperbloom or Burgeon team since the Electro or Pyro character is the one who is meant to detonate the Blooms.
Final Thoughts
Overall, Kaveh is a perfectly functional unit at C0. His constellations simply add more DMG and C6 is his best constellation. There is no ideal stopping point for his constellations as all of them provide some contribution to his DMG.
