C1: Venerable Institution
This is one of his best early constellations. It helps him reach the maximum stacks of Past Draconic Glories easily. Moreover, it grants him the 1 stack buff for free. The increase in interruption resistance is absolutely game-changing. It allows him to withstand several heavy attacks from bosses.
C2: Juridical Exhortation
This is also one of his best early constellations. It grants him an additional CRIT DMG buff with the Past Draconic Glories stacks. This buff is only applicable to the Hydro laser, which is his biggest source of DMG.
C3: Ancient Postulation
Three additional levels to his Normal Attack are great to have since his Hydro laser scales off of this talent.
C4: Crown of Commiseration
This constellation is pretty underwhelming since the Sourcewater Droplet generation from his Skill and Burst is already sufficient enough. This constellation becomes relevant when C6 is activated.
C5: Axiomatic Judgment

Each Sourcewater Droplet absorbed increases the duration by 1s. This constellation makes C4 more useful since his HP will constantly be drained and healed. When the Hydro laser hits enemies, it will fire two smaller lasers which is free extra DMG.
Final Thoughts
Neuvillette does not need constellations to function properly. However, C1 is the best quality-of-life constellation to go for. This is the only constellation free-to-plays should aim for if they intend to pull his constellations. For low-spenders, C2 and C3 are both great stopping points. C4 is not worth getting if you are not going for C6, which is in whale territory. This is because C4 is only relevant when C6 is active. Whales can go for C6 since it increases Neuvillette’s already high DMG by a lot.
