The Dirge Of Bilqis is a world quest chain released in Genshin Impact version 3.4. It continues the story of Jeht from the Golden Slumber world quest chain which was released in version 3.1. “The Eternal Dream, Ever Lush” is the sixth and last part of The Dirge Of Bilqis quest chain. It is available in the World Quest list immediately after completing Dune-Entombed Fecundity: Part 3.
Genshin Impact The Dirge Of Bilqis 6: Entering the Eternal Oasis
After reaching the Eternal Oasis in the previous quest, step into it. There are some puzzles here that are not a part of the quest, so players can avoid them for now. Do not worry, you can return to this place after completing this quest and attempt the puzzles. After talking to Jeht at the marked location, walk towards the center of the lake where the Goddess of Flowers is supposed to be. Do not worry, time stands still in the Eternal Oasis and it is possible to walk on the water.
The island at the center of the lake will contain a Liloupar’s Fragment, collect it. There is also a puzzle involving three chairs here, ignore it.
Nearby, talk to Jeht. after talking to her, wait next to her while she collects herself. Talk to Jeht once she is done crying. Select the last dialogue option.
Teleport to the Tanit Camps and talk to Babel. At the end of the conversation, pick the last dialogue choice. Selecting either of the other two will give one 4* artifact and 35k Mora, respectively.

With this, “The Eternal Dream, Ever Lush” comes to an end. This was the sixth and final part of The Dirge Of Bilqis. Ending The Dirge Of Bilqis will unlock several sequel quests that are not numbered sequels.
