Genshin Impact Version 6.4 Phase 2 banners will go live from 17th March 2026 till 6th April 2026. The Phase 2 banners will feature two re-run characters in a dual banner with three 4* characters.
We will assess each character’s strengths and qualities in the future meta of the game and advise on who you should prefer to pull from the two playable characters.
Who should you go for between Skirk and Escoffier in Genshin Impact Version 6.4 Phase 2
Genshin Impact Phase 2 banners feature Skirk and Escoffier in Version 6.4, and it’s hard to decide who to pull. It depends on your team’s needs and your priorities for future content. Each character brings unique strengths to the table, but some offer more immediate and long-term value than others. Here’s a breakdown to help you decide.
1. Skirk
Skirk is a 5-star Cryo Sword user. She is designed to be an on-field carry, with a kit centred on two key mechanics: her Serpent Subtlety energy system and strong synergy with Freeze teams. She deals massive damage with a rapid cryo attack.
Skirk is not a flexible character like other DPS because of her Freeze team synergy, but if you have a Freeze team, then she will not disappoint you.
2. Escoffier
Escoffier is a 5-star Cryo Polearm user, specialising in being a Cryo support/sub-DPS who excels in Freeze and Mono Cryo teams.
In the freeze team, she can reduce enemies55% Cryo and Hydro resistance. Escoffier also deals massive Cryo damage with her skill and can Heal whole team with her Burst.
Should You Pull Skirk or Escoffier
Between the two, Skirk and Escoffier both have equal pulling values. Escoffier is a must-pull character for Skirk. Without Escoffier, she looses 50% of her damage. But if you pull Escoffier, you can use her with the other Freeze team or Mono Cryo team. Pull Skirk if you have either Furina or Escoffier; she loses a huge amount of her combat capability without them.
