This game is an idle role-playing adventure where you guide the protagonist as he gathers dinosaur pet companions to battle the evil forces threatening the world of Tectonika. Your character’s movement and attacks are mostly automated, therefore your main task is to manage your character and his pets growth while adventuring.
On starting the game, you’re paired with your first pet and you’re immediately thrown into the heat of battlefield to fight wild dinosaurs. One of the most intriguing features of the game is the Pets Dinosaurs you gather along the way. They do not just accompany you, they fight and help you take down enemies with their powerful abilities.
Completing story stages, daily missions, and events will reward you with vital resources needed to strengthen both your heroes and companions. Therefore, do ensure to regularly login, upgrade your pets, equip better gear, and manage your team formation to handle tougher enemies.

The following are some key tips and tricks that’d help you scale and become stronger much easily in this game
1. Do as the missions demand
The Missions and Quests in StoneAge: Idle Adventure are quite diverse, allowing for an exciting adventure across Tectonika. Like most Idle RPGs, the game only moves forward if you complete the missions assigned to you. So, you should prioritize completing this easy tasks to progress easily in the game, especially since these tasks rewards you with valuable resources.
Another important perk about completing missions is that, the more the Levels you complete the more features your access. For instance, to unlock a new trainer you have to reach complete level 4-2, completing this would greatly boosts your overall strength.
2. Constantly upgrade your Hero and Pet Levels
As said earlier, since it is an idle game, you need to manually control and manage your character’s stats and accessories, as action and fighting is automated. The more you upgrade your Hero and Pets, the more stronger and powerful they become in the game.
To upgrade your characters, all you have to do is navigate to the bottom Left of the screen. There you will see the Characters menu through which you can easily upgrade your Pets and Heroes. There’s also another tab called “Power Up“, where you can greatly boosts the defense, health and offensive stats of your Heroes.
3. Constantly Capture Dinosaurs to unlock Rare Equipment and Items
One of the easiest ways to get equipment for your Heroes is by capturing Dinosaurs. This tab grants you lots of resources and equipment on capturing wild Dinosaurs. These dinosaurs are saved in a mini-bag and then exchanged for high rarity equipment and item, that’s essential for your building your hero’s strength.
The Capture tab is located at the bottom of the screen directly above the Menu tabs. On accessing it, you can manually capture the dinosaurs, and clearing a level in Chapter 3, you will be able to unlock Auto-capture. This will greatly increase how easily you capture wild Dinosaurs. You can claim bonus rewards for capturing lots of Dinosaurs from “The Great Hunt event” currently available in the game.
4. Keep Drawing for Pets to Unlock Higher-Rarity Dinosaur Companions
The game focuses on your heroes adventure alongside his dinosaur companions. Since you’d constantly be upgrading your Heroes and Pets, making them stronger overtime. You should also constantly draw for High-rarity Pets, mostly the SS and SS+ Pets are all what you need.
As these Pets would bring devastatingly high firepower to the battlefield, it becomes easier for you to scale through and progress in the game.
Another important thing to note is that, the more Pets you unlock the higher your overall Team Power. For instance, having lots of SS rank Pets will raise your Team Power to millions in strength, making it easier to challenge other players. There are also bonus rewards available for you to claim from the Dinosaurs Codex, making it all the more profitable when you obtain numerous Pets.
5. Use the Forge to enhance your Weapon
Getting new weapons is quite difficult to do in the game, as you’d need lots of resources. One of the best alternatives is to constantly enhance and upgrade your Weapon. Using the Forge, you can enhance the offensive stats of your weapons, making them stronger and deadlier.
6. Raid Dungeons Frequently for Valuable Resources
Dungeons are one of the best sources of valuable resources here. By raiding them regularly, you can obtain important upgrade resources needed to strengthen your hero and dinosaur companions. There are dungeons for obtaining Capture Ticket, Stones, XP, and Totem Fragments.
These Dungeons provides a massive abundance of these resources, making each raid worth the effort. Therefore, do make it a habit to clear available dungeon attempts daily, as consistent farming will help you progress faster and prepare your team for tougher battles ahead.
7. Participate in Limited-Time Events for Rare Rewards
Limited-time events are a great way to earn valuable rewards that can significantly boost your progression. These events often provide items such as Capture tickets, high rarity Pets, upgrade materials, equipment and other rare resources that may be harder to obtain through normal gameplay.
By actively taking part in these events whenever they appear, you can strengthen your hero and dinosaur companions much faster.
