To celebrate the new Version 4.0 release, Genshin Impact is hosting an abundance of special events to win Primogems. Genshin Impact has made its debut on WhatsApp, marking the start of the subscription event. To join the event, simply send the message WhatsApp Subscription Primogems Event to the official Genshin Impact account on WhatsApp. Among the participants, a hundred lucky Travelers will be chosen at random to receive a reward of 160 Primogems each. Here is an overview of the Genshin Impact WhatsApp subscription event and a guide on how to participate.

Event Duration
Travelers can take part in the Event from the 20th of August, 2023 to the 30th of August, 2023 23:59 (UTC+8). Afterwards, the list of winners will be updated on the official HoYoverse website from the event post on September 10, 2023.
WhatsApp Subscription Event: How to participate
- Step 1: Go to the official Genshin Impact WhatsApp account. Click on the link and you will be redirected to WhatsApp. Players can either use the app or join using the web browser.
- Step 2: Afterwards, an automated message will show up. Simply type “WhatsApp Subscription Primogems Event” and send it to the chat.
- Step 3: The chat will show 3 types of options. Select “Subscribe Now” in the dialogue that pops up. The chat will then send a text will a link attached to it. It is a survey that must be filled up in order to complete the Participation.
- Step 4: Click on the survey link in the dialogue, and give valid answers in the survey to successfully participate in the event. Only 2 questions will be given: Your UID and your Phone Number attached to your WhatsApp Account that is subscribed to the Genshin Impact WhatsApp account. Correctly fill them up to get a chance to obtain the rewards.
Event Rewards
From all the participation entries, only 100 lucky Travelers will receive 160x Primogems each. It is a chance of luck. The list of winners will be announced on September 10th, 2023. Genshin Impact will send a reward notification to the WhatsApp account corresponding to the phone number linked to the HoYoverse Account of the winning UID.
