The four-piece effect, however, requires Xilonen to be on-field. After she triggers a reaction, all nearby party members gain a 12% elemental damage bonus for the involved elements for 15 seconds. If Xilonen is in the Nightsoul’s Blessing state, the bonus increases to 28% for 20 seconds.
If you haven’t farmed the Scroll of the Hero of Cinder City yet, you can use the Golden Troupe or Husk of Opulent Dreams as alternatives. Golden Troupe boosts Elemental Skill damage, while Husk of Opulent Dreams provides a defense boost and geo damage bonus.
