For the first time in Squad Busters, you can unlock three characters from a single event. Supercell is offering three new Ice World characters – Ice Wizard, Jessie, and Dr T that you can unlock in Squad Busters via an event.
Squad Busters Ice World event is offering new troops for free
The event will be one week long (From 24.06.2024 to 01.07.2024) where you need to collect the Ice Spirits during your battles. As you collect more and more ice spirits, your collection tiers will be completed. The more tiers you complete, the more chests you can open.
Among all the chest tiers, some chests are bound to give you Ice World-exclusive characters in Squad Busters.
However, it is worth noting that, to open all the tiers, you need to play a lot. Looking at the Ice Spirits required to open all the chests, an average player may not be able to open all of them. But since this is a purely free-to-play method, your grind will reward you with these new characters.
There is a total of 25 chests including 2x Common, 5x Rare, 6x Epic, and 12x Ice chests.

How to collect Ice Spirts fast
I understand that collecting 2225 Ice Spirits can require a lot of grind, however, here are some tips that may help you. For 7 days, you require 300+ Ice Spirits daily, and this is not very easy. So try to follow the tips I have mentioned:
- Ice Spirts will spawn on every map. Keep an eye on the grass. Even if you do not see it when you start, just wait and farm there for ~ 30 seconds, you’ll get at least one to two of them.
- Toward the end of the match when everyone will be busy in the centre of the map, you can roam around and watch the vines very carefully. I have found Ice Spirits inside the vines multiple times which are easy to kill and collect.
- Ice World modifier matches generally drop more Ice Spirits. So when a match in Ice World starts, be prepared for a crazy run.
- The Super Ice Spirit drops 4 ice spirits when you kill it. Be ready to contest and collect those when those drop.
While all chests do not guarantee that you will get all three characters, generally speaking, you should be able to get all three of them according to the sneak peek shared by the Supercell Creators.
