NetEase Games recently released their 5v5 Hero-based FPS tactical shooter game Hyper Front. The game has been released on iOS and Android globally. Players have been waiting for this game for a long time, as it is a clone of Valorant. The game offers tactical gameplay, with players playing in a plant and defuse mode. All the heroes in Hyper Front have unique skills with unique voice lines. Here’s a brief guide on how to change your in-game name in Hyper Front.

Steps to change your in-game name in Hyper Front

The in-game name is the name by which all the players of the game call you. Players often want to change their in-game names if they don’t like their existing names. Keeping this in mind, NetEase kept a renaming feature in Hyper Front. Here are the steps to change your in-game name in Hyper Front:

• Open Hyper Front on your smartphone and login into the game. Head over to the lobby screen of the game. After getting into the in-game lobby, tap on your avatar in the top left corner of your screen. It will open your profile on the screen.

• On your profile screen, tap on your existing in-game name. It will open a screen where you can edit your profile.

• Go to the Basic Profile option and click on the edit button beside your current name.

• Write your new name in the empty box and press confirm. Remember that only the first time is free; after that, you will need to buy a rename card with 100 Star Quartz each time you want to change the name. 

How to buy the Rename Card in Hyper Front

• Click on the store icon on the left side of your in-game lobby.

• Scroll down and press the items option.

• Click on the rename card icon and buy the number of rename cards you want to buy. Each card costs 100 Star Quartz. You can only use one rename card every three days.
