King’s Choice Beginners Guide: Tips and Tricks

Ruling an empire that is surrounded by cunning enemies is not an easy task. Players have to complete several tasks to keep the image clean in front of their people. Besides, they’ll have to protect, preserve, and safeguard the empire from failing. A sharp brain may fail sometimes. So, we have prepared a King’s Choice beginners guide along with tips for the players who just enrolled themselves in the game.

1. Learning the basics

King’s Choice may look like a mess at first because of the numerous actions to make and options to face. But the process is quite simple and more like an idle game after some levels. The common activities a player will do are encountering PvE mode at first, taking decisions, collecting resources, dating, following the main quest, collecting daily rewards and achievements, etc. So here’s a brief description of the things a player will often face.

2. Understanding the Attributes and their necessity

The overall powers of King’s Choice characters (primarily the lord and the knights) are based on attribute points. There are four types of attribute points namely Strength, Leadership, Intellect, and Charisma.

Strength

It shows the battle capabilities of knights and soldiers. Higher strength means your army has much attack power in war. This attribute is useful in outpost battles. For example, quality is greater than quantity. So, when a player has highly powerful armies, the fewer casualties one will receive.

Leadership

Leadership defines the capability to collect one of the resources that are grain from the Interior Ministry. An increasing number will boost the rate/number of collections of grain in your inventory. It also has a decent role in recruiting soldiers.

Intellect

It has a relation with collecting silvers from the Interior Ministry. Just like the Leadership attribute, Intellect has its role in the collection of silver. The higher the Intellect number, the more silver a player receives.

Charisma

Leadership grows from charisma. The more your charisma is, the more soldiers you can attract to follow you. So, this attribute has a direct connection with recruiting soldiers.

3. Master the Outpost battles

Outposts are where players will fight the PvE mode. It allows players to unlock new chapters progress through the story and dive deeper into the game. There are six total battles in each outpost where five is the primary battle and the last one is the boss battle. Each battle includes several waves according to the level a player is on.

4. Complete all your Main Quests

This is another great way to get exclusive rewards. Just above the bottom bar, the long horizontal bar shows the main quest. It is like your helping hand because it will walk you around every part of the game and will make sure nothing gets priority.

Because players may sometimes give priority to knights but not to the lovers. So the main quest is set in a way to make the players walk around every corner so that the players keep their attention to everything in the game.

5. Interior Ministry is your control board to rule the Niveal

Where there’s a kingdom one owns, he/she must rule it! All the actions the player will plan and execute to make “Niveal” a peaceful city, the Interior Ministry is the stage to showcase the sharpness of the player’s brain. It is divided into two parts i.e. Government and Collection.

The government is the place where players will be making their decisions. The choice to take one of the two actions will come in every 30 minutes. The options provide two types of resources namely Leadership EXP or Prestige points, and general resources like silver or anything else. Here’s an important tip. Do take the Leadership EXP/Prestige points because it will increase the lord level. Unless the second option offers something rare, do not select that.

The Collection part is divided into three categories i.e. Conduct Trade, Trade Grains, and Train Soldiers. These are the assets a player has in the game. The number of collections is based on the chapter a player is on and the lord level. Do check the collection part frequently to collect the items that you’re going to invest in for an upgrade.

6. Knight’s power building is important

Knights are the engines of the realm. They possess each attribute. They have specialties in different sectors. Not everyone can fight, rather, they’ll guide a player through different objectives. They can be unlocked through several ways such as increasing VIP level, recommendation, leveling up, etc.

Knight’s power

Based on the next task you’re assigned by the main quest, choose a knight that fits perfectly for your job. For example, if a player is told to defeat the boss in an outpost or unlock a chapter quickly, then one should prioritize those knights with higher strength. Here’s how players can upgrade a knight.

By sending them to the University

The total power of knights can be improved by sending them to the University where they’ll sit for study sessions. Each session lasts for three hours, and after completion of a session, the knights will earn Skill Points and Talent EXP. University lets one knight sit for a session when first unlocked. Players can increase more seats by using gold coins to buy sits. As knights are the key to winning through boss battles in an outpost, and PvP battles in the arena, the Classroom Seats should be a priority to unlock first.

Manual upgrade

This includes spending silver coins on a knight. Each knight needs the same amount of silver if they’re at the same level. Upgrade the knights at a similar pace except for the one you’ll use in boss battles. Upgrading the knights will allow more resources to be collected and more soldiers to recruit.

Other ways to upgrade

There are many ways to upgrade knights. Players can upgrade any particular attribute with Edicts. Their talent can be improved through arena battles. Skill points are used to boost skills. Aura levels upgrading, and obtaining lovers are also other ways to increase the power of knights.

7. Boss battles are easy to complete

When a player completes the five general battles in an outpost, he or she will have to face a boss in the final battle. Unlike the previous five, the sixth one is a duel between the opposition leader and the players’ knights. To win the boss battle, players have to increase a particular knight who has “Strength” as the main attribute. Because the attack power is all one needs to defeat an enemy.

After leveling up, a player is recommended with two, three, or more knights by his advisor panel. Do choose one with high strength and keep him upgrading now and then as you’ll use only that particular knight in duels. Remember that failing to defeat a boss will take 24 hours to fight again.

8. Focus on the Daily quests and achievements

The game provides a lot of resources, gold, and other kinds of stuff through its daily quests and achievements. Achievements can be completed several times as they vary in number though the objective is the same. In the early stage where the player starts with the basic ability for characters, these daily quests and achievements are enough to provide a player with the number he or she needs. Within an hour of starting the game, players can easily unlock the daily quests.

From the bottom bar of the main screen, go there and check what items are available to claim. Players’ usual activities in-game are mainly focused on the daily quests at first, it will change after some chapters. But there’s nothing to worry about as they’ll be handy as well. Besides, the achievement sector is open from the very start and players can access the rewards through completing the tasks.

9. Watch Ads for additional rewards

Ads. are irritating in a game. But when the game itself is free-to-play, then there’s nothing to complain about unless the number of Ads. is inappropriate. But King’s Choice gives players to earn various rewards by watching Ads. Just find the small ship with a golden roll film over it and tap. It will offer players different items in exchange for watching an ad.

The game follows simple mechanics. Several other RPG games are free-to-play but later it can very be well understood that they’re pay-to-win. But this game doesn’t need money to progress faster rather players can build strong alliances without spending any. With a faster level up and legitimate sense of progression, the game is very addictive to play.

One of the funny things in the game spotted by several players is that the game has only white people. This makes sense as medieval Europe has white people in their royal courts. However, with the guide and tips mentioned above, we hope that players can do a lot better in King’s Choice.
