What is the Season Rollover or Reset
When Madden NFL Mobile starts a new season, which usually is once a year, it’s termed a Reset. Therefore Reset or Season Rollover is the transition from season to season, Madden NFL 24 Mobile will become Madden NFL 25 Mobile, precisely from August 8th.
The game will see a facelift, and all the events will change, like any game, it’s just a new model of what we already have been playing. And like any other game with a New Year model, you start at square one, the same as all of your fellow gamers. It’s the reset.
Which items carry over to the Season Rollover or Reset
1. User Name and User ID
Your User Name and the User ID from the current Madden NFL 24 Mobile season will be carried forward to the new season in Madden NFL 25 Mobile. Therefore you will play Madden NFL 25 Mobile with your present User Name and ID.
2. Madden Cash
First and foremost, Madden Cash balances will transfer over to Madden NFL 25 Mobile. Therefore, if you have any Madden Cash accumulated or purchased, it will transfer to the next season, as the new premium currency of Madden NFL 25 Mobile.
3. Players and Legacy Trades
Similar to previous years, all your Players will carry over all the players to the new season, which is a great advantage. All of your Madden NFL 24 Mobile players, besides the Starter Rarity players, will transfer to the new season. As in seasons past, the OVR for these transferred players will be reduced and adjusted but they can still be added and utilized in your Madden NFL 25 Mobile lineups.
Do note that all the transferred players will retain their rarity and players of the same rarity will share an identical OVR, regardless of their previous OVR and release times in Madden NFL 24 Mobile. These OVR adjustments for each rarity are listed below:
Madden NFL 24 Mobile | Madden NFL 25 Mobile |
---|---|
Uncommon | 63 |
Rare | 64 |
Epic | 65 |
Iconic | 70 |
Iconic Foil | 72 |
Mythic | 74 |
Marvel | 74 |
Madden Max | 77 |
Madden Max Foil | 79 |
Additionally, several Legacy Trades will be available in Madden NFL 25 Mobile once the new season goes live which will allow you to convert transferred Madden NFL 24 Mobile players into Madden NFL 25 Mobile Players and resources.
Which items will not carry over to the Season Rollover or Reset
Other than the above three things we mentioned, everything gets reset. All of your coins, your league tokens, any training points everything gets zeroed out. Poof! Gone all in an instant. As expected, Coin and League Tokens will not carry over and will reset at the start of Madden NFL 25 Mobile.
Therefore make sure to spend all of your Coins and League Tokens before the season rollover hits. Additionally, Core, Event Stamina, and Coaches will be reset to their starting values as will your Profile Level and League Level.
- Coins
- Profile Level
- Coaches
- League Tokens
- League Level
- Training Points
- Weights
- Headsets
- Bronze/Silver/Gold Level Tokens
- Core and Event Stamina
All the things listed above will be reset the time you log in to Madden Mobile. But don’t panic, take a deep breath. The Season Reset is indeed a good thing that happens every year in Madden Mobile. All Seasonal Games do this and it shouldn’t be a surprise.
Just think like this, if you are allowed to continue with your original squad and then reset then the gap for players who are just beginning compared to those who have been playing for long would be huge and would just keep getting bigger and bigger.
Furthermore, all the latest transfers and retirements along with reevaluations of OVR mean you really need to wipe the slate clean at least once a year and start over with the players. The reset basically levels out the playing field.
Meanwhile, Training Points, Weights, Headsets, and Bronze/Silver/Gold Level Tokens will be removed from the game entirely. The existing Training System along with the Weight Room functionality will be entirely revamped in Madden NFL 25 Mobile and these will be replaced with an all-new Season Team Training system involving a brand new in-game currency – Team Training Points.
Final Thoughts
First, don’t panic! It’s not as bad as it sounds. Well Probably it is, everything you’ve spent your hard-earned money, precious time, blood, and sweat maybe a few tears to claim Train, Build, and Acquire is going to be gone. All your Coins will be gone. You will be starting afresh right along with everyone else.
However, if you think, the Season Reset is actually a good thing undoubtedly you’ve gotten bored with the slow progress of the current season of Madden NFL 24 Mobile and are ready for a change, starting fresh along with everyone else. So here is our advice, embrace the reset, plan for the reset, and take it for what it truly is – a chance to refresh the game.
