Hello once again to our updated Mobile Legends Tier List for April 2020. The new ranked season 16 has just dropped and as promised by them the new OP tank Atlas is here. The team has also brought four new revamped and forgotten heroes into the limelight.
There are also many in-battlefield equipment changes that came with the new Season update. So without further ado, let’s go straight into our rankings of Season 16 new meta hero tier list of Mobile Legends Bang Bang for the month of April.

Mobile Legends Season 16 Meta Heroes
Granger
This is the 2nd consecutive season of granger being a meta. Granger’s unique skill AoE makes him a high damage marksman from the starting of the game. In the late game his Death Sonata canons provide a huge amount of damage that can kill any other damage dealers easily. This all makes him to top the meta list.
Cecillion
Cecillion is a long ranger mage with an overpowered ultimate and skill AoE. His damage is based on his stacks collected through his 1st skill Bat Impact. His Combo of 1st and 2nd skill in full stacks provides a ridiculous amount of damage making him an overpowered in all sense. Though in this new update his skills have been nerfed a little bit as the Pro always says Once an OP is always an OP.
Lancelot
In this new update, Lancelot has got the limelight through his revamped passive which is “each time Lancelot charges, his damage is increased by 10% for 4s, up to 30%”. And literally every Lancelot skill is a unique dash, now imagine the damage of the ult in a dash combo.
Natalia
The new revamped Nata is just deadly. Her passive damage is increased by 270 (+80% Total Physical ATK) and the silence effect is also increased to 0.6s. Her ultimate is also changed which now triggers assassin instinct and enters Stealth, empowering her basic attack. This increases the Physical ATK to 20 for 3s. Players can use this skill again in 5s.
Atlas
The new tank Atlas has an irritating amount of CC making the enemy stun and slows in each move it makes. The 2nd ability of it involves him to eject from its original body and move or chase enemies at a 25% higher SPD making them slow and if used with 1st skill the enemy will be stunned for 1.2s and recover its HP a little. Not only this Atlas and his Mecha share the same HP bar and reduce 50% of the damage taken, but it also counters a lot of heroes making it an OP pick in rank.
Freya
After the revamp Freya’s skill set has changed a little but the most lethal is her passive which increases her ATK speed after every 2 basic attacks. Freya is great to pick to counter many assassins and marksmen, and she deals with and a great amount of damage in a team fight too. She can also take huge damages as her HP is increased to 2801 making her a little tanky. She is the only meta fighter in the April 2020 tier list as of Mobile Legends as of now.
Hero Adjustments
Heroes like Masha, Karina, Cecillion, Lylia, Gusion, Granger, Silvanna, Chang’e, Guinevere, Wanwan and Franco have some slight gameplay adjustment. Some are buffed and some are nerfed. Masha and Karina got heavily nerfed and their damage is reduced a lot making them seriously useless. Still, Masha remains the best hero to push turrets and farm fast.
Cecellion, Chang’e and Lylia’s CD are also reduced by a significant amount. Cellions stacks now start with 0 and to gain the heavy damage you to collect stacks by clearing minion waves and taking buffs. Wan wan’s attack speed is reduced again for which her squishy movements are also reduced. Gusion and franco’s range is reduced making them an easy counter now.
Blue buff remains the same and heroes like Gusion have full advantage of it. Red buff also remains the same and marksmen like Granger and Bruno remain OP with red buff.
Battlefield Adjustments
Team gold for destroying outer turret is reduced to 60 from 80, the inner turret is increased to 120 from 100 and for the base turret is increased to 160 from 150. Players will get more EXP by killing high-level heroes. Improved the HP bars of creeps so that you can better understand the amount of HP the creeps have.
Builds
There are also some changes in the equipment builds starting with.
Dominance Ice
Crit Chance of 10% is removed, a new attribute of +5% Movement SPD. Unique Passive– Arctic Cold: 20% effect range increased. The cost now dropped from 2160 to 2010, the new recipe: Black Ice Shield+Leather Jerkin, compound price is adjusted accordingly.
Twilight Armor
The +50 HP Regen is removed, a new attribute: +20% Crit Damage Reduction. New Recipe: Ares Belt+Vitality Crystal+Power Crystal, the compound price is changed but the original price remains the same.
Endless Battle
Unique Passive– Divine Justice: additional true damage reduced from 85% to 70% of Physical ATK.
Blade of Hepataseas
Unique Passive– Ambush: The next basic attack of additional damage is adjusted from 100% Total physical ATK to 180 + 100% total Physical ATK. This makes a huge difference in the late games if heroes like Ling and Hayabusa buys it.
Roaming Equipment Items
The additional XP that is acquired from assists has been reduced to 5%/15%/25% which depends on the tier of the roaming equipment.
Spell Flameshot
It has also some changes as the slowdown duration has been reduced from 2 to 1 sec. On the other hand, there has been an increase in CD from 35 to 50 sec. The issues regarding the disappearance of the indicator in the minimap have also been fixed.
Epic 3 Bans Implementation
The major change that has been done in this season is for Epic or higher divisions 3-ban is available. That means now starting from epic you need to ban three heroes during the draft pick.

WHY is kagura below average? A good kagura can beat any cecillion.
Kagura can be countered and this tier list is completely based on carrying out solo ranks.. And without support kagura is really fragile. So she’s down.
So you think cecillion is not fragile without support?
Kagura, She is immune to allmost all stuns including Franco hook and saber alti
And she alson have her own shield don’t call her fragile

Both Khurfa and Grock are strong. No doubt on that. For OP and Strong, its purely subjective though. 🙂
I’m kinda sad becuz roger is below average because I push rank using roger from warrior to epic.So..kinda 😔
In higher league matches, Roger is countered very easily. But as you are saying, I guess you are pretty much skilled with Roger. I wish you luck to hit Mythical Glory soon. 🙂

Actually stats of heroes doesnt matter that much. I mean The difficulty of heroes matters the most. Claude is one of the hardest heroes ingame and it takes a lot of practice. But claude is op, its clear when it comes to pro tournaments. Claude is always banned or picked there. That means something.
Actually if you consider claude as op, well thats your mindset, but in a stream of Gosu General who was Global 1 claude, he too admits that claude is weak as compared to other meta Marksman. And this tierlist is based on the capability of a hero to grind in rank. And for that claude is not really a good option.
Claude is so strong mainly because funneling strategy came to life. When it didnt exist, claude wasnt ewally a good pick, but nowadays if u menage to get claude on rank and play him in a funneling strategy, its easy win most of th time. But that depends also of your tank picks. After mask nerf this strategy also became worse, but still works if you have tanks that are strong early game, such as grock or hylos. I am also gosu generals viewer btw, i learned claude from him.
Bro im a big fan of funneling strategy but it is only possible when youre playing full squad. In solo ranking its tough to carry out properly and same goes for hypercarry.

Kagura was the more strong and hard mage to play. Now? Now everyone have purify. Even fighter and mage. She’s so ussless. I was global with her s14… But now… Im really thinking to give up mobile legends. Why do you not a buff for her?
Bro cause if you only play with one hero, you’ll never experience the true nature of the game. They buff the heroes so that people start/stop playing with those and try other heroes too
Yeah i can undestand. I dont like almost all the hero on the game. I like hero hard to play. And it need time. I cant learn fanny or guision in 2 days. And i wanted too, learn guision. I have asked one main guision. His answer: do not learn him. His ussless with the nerf… I dont i just didnt played from 2 weeks now. Too much stress. About Heroes, I guess some are very easy to learn and some are a little bit tough to master. However, if you practice well, you can learn any. And about Matchmaking, it is really bad. The devs should really look into this to fix it asap.

Its because of karrie’s passive.. Karrie deals a huge amount of true damage through her passive. If you can master the use of her passive you can besically kill any hero within seconds.
