Wooper is a Tier 4 Raid Boss in Pokémon Go. The Pokémon is debuting in Battle Raids as a part of the Wooper Community Day for this month. Defeating it during the Community Day will increase its spawning rate around gyms with the same shiny rate as during the Community Day hours.
