Pokémon Unite: How to transfer saved data from Nintendo Switch to mobile and between smartphones

Pokémon Unite supports cross-save between the Nintendo Switch version and the mobile version of the game, which enables players to transfer their saved data from one device to another.

Players need to be logged into a Nintendo account or a Pokémon Trainer Club account that is linked with their existing Pokémon Unite saved data. This will prevent the creation of newly saved data in your new device.

But beware, when players are opening Pokémon Unite on a new device for the first time, they should immediately log in with their existing account to link saved data. Failing to do so will create newly saved data on the new device and linking the old saved data will no longer be possible. 

How to transfer Pokémon Unite saved data from Switch to smartphone

Follow the steps accordingly to successfully transfer saved data from Nintendo Switch to Mobile.

1. Before linking, notice the Nintendo Account or Pokémon Trainer Club account that is linked with the Nintendo Switch.
   Afterward, start Pokémon Unite on the smartphone you want to link to. Players will notice login options on the opening screen. Select Nintendo Account or Pokémon Trainer Club account and sign into the same account as your Nintendo Switch.
2. When done linking, you can play the game using the same saved data on both devices and they will simultaneously cross-sync.

How to transfer Pokémon Unite data from one smartphone to another

1. On the smartphone that has your desired saved data of Pokémon Unite, you need to additionally link at least one of the four accounts to perform cross-smartphone sync. To do that, head over to Settings and then to the Login Accounts section. Link to any of these accounts:

• Nintendo Account
• Pokémon Trainer Club
• Google
• Facebook
• Sign in with Apple (Available only on iOS, not available when transferring to Android)

2. Once linking is successful, Download the Pokémon Unite app onto the Android or iOS device you wish to sync with, and the rest of the steps are the same as the Switch to smartphone transfer.
