Association is a very interesting and integral part of the Top Eleven Football Manager game. Sometimes the Association represents the country, sometimes the favorite club or favorite player, and sometimes it becomes a matter of pride.
Why Building a Strong Association is important?
Every time an Association gets promoted, all the members get a handsome amount of tokens according to the division of the association. Additionally, for winning every association tournament every manager gets boosters [Green, Red, Blue] as gifts four times in a season. These token helps to build a strong team and the booster help to strengthen the team further. Let’s have a look at the token rewards for promotion in each division.

How to build a strong association in Top Eleven Football Manager
It is a long road to Platinum Division from the ground level of Bronze Division 2. There is a total of 11 divisions in the Association department and each division has a span of 150 points, therefore the association needs a minimum of 1500 points to reach the Platinum Division.
It may look like only 1500 points but become difficult when Top Eleven deducts 20% points at the beginning of each season. It is easy to collect the required 150 points when the association is in lower divisions or till silver divisions but gradually becomes tougher in higher divisions like platinum or Diamond. As Top Eleven deducts 20% of the total points at the beginning of the season. Therefore, the association must gather the required amount of points to hold on to the division or to proceed to the next division.
Let us take a look at how managers can build or maintain an association in a proper way and get continuous progress to the platinum division. There are 4 major steps as follows,
1. Finding members that goes well with the team
An Association needs a minimum of 4 members to take part in the Top Eleven Association tournament. Try to find members from the same country or at least from the neighboring countries. Otherwise, it will be a problem to decide the home match time. To get active members you can take the help of the forum or groups/pages on Facebook.
There are so many good managers in those groups searching for a good and active association. The Captain or Vice-captain just needs to scout and pick them up. A good manager is not the one who has a big/high-rated team but rather the one who understands the game so don’t rush behind big teams.
2. Training bonus & Bonus sharing is important
An active manager will maintain his training bonuses 10% on regular basis and this 10% bonus is very important to win an edge-to-edge match. During the Association tournament, a manager can ask for any of the four bonuses (say, he/she asked for the attack bonus) and made his/her attack bonus 10+4=14%.
Now if the manager is present during the match then he/she can further boost it by 7% more and he/she can play the match with a 21% attack bonus. This is an incredible amount of boost to create an impact on the opponent and as well as on the final result of the match or to score more goals (many times we have seen the duels are decided on goal differences). Therefore, the bonus also plays a vital role in the match result, which ultimately added to the account of the association.
3. The set of active members is very crucial
An association of 4 active managers is far better than a set of 6 inactive managers. Inactive members do not add value, so don’t think twice to kick the inactive manager out of the association. The presence of a manager is not only important for his match but it also gives 2% possession to all other managers. The absence of a single manager deducts 5×2=10% possession from in total.
4. Association’s overall rating for better matchmaking
Top Eleven tries to match the same rated ( Eg. 5*) associations with each other but sometimes they match totally randomly. There are many theories and rumors about matchmaking but none of them are verified by proper sources. Out of these theories, the most convincing one is the average of the top 4 players of the Top Eleven association. Hence, it is suggested to recruit members with almost the same overall rating (like all members are in between 90% – 95% or 80% – 85% or 105% – 110%, etc).
