When you pull a five-star Resonator, there is a 50% chance it will be the featured Rate-up Resonator. If it isn’t, the next five-star Resonator you pull will be the Rate-up one. This banner features the signature weapon of the current event convene featuring the Resonator. On any given Weapon Event Convene banner, you’ll find one five-star Weapon and three four-star Weapons featured. The rate for pulling a five-star Weapon is currently set at 0.8%, and the rate for pulling a four-star Resonator or Weapon is 6%.
When you pull a five-star Weapon from this banner, it is guaranteed to be the featured Weapon. You are also guaranteed to obtain a five-star item within 80 pulls, as the similar pity system. The same with the limited banner, you can only use Forging Tides to summon and get the limited weapon.
