Apple has officially launched its own gift card service in India which allows users to pay for various services without having to use bank cards or e-wallets. Players can simply purchase a Gift Card on Amazon (the only place where these cards are currently available) and then redeem the gift code to pay for paid games, Apple Arcade, In-App Purchases, Apple TV+, Apple Music, etc.
The cards are available in a couple of different denominations and interested users can buy them through the links below.
App Store Codes can be used for Games and In-App Purchases
The App Store codes can only be used to purchase services/subscriptions or applications on the App Store/ iTunes Store, Apple Books, Apple Music, iCloud, and other official Apple services. These cards can only be used in India and once purchased, the code will be sent to the email address registered with your Amazon account. This code does not have an expiry date so once you have bought it, the code will stay valid virtually forever.

Android users have had a similar service in the form of Google Play Gift Cards that are available on online services and also in offline stores. These are also available in a bunch of different denominations and can be used for games, apps, movies, books, and music from the Google Play Store. In case players want to buy some kind of in-game currency or other purchases, they don’t have to use their cards or any e-wallets anymore. Instead, they can use the App Store Codes and use the balance in those cards.
