While Loco had been teasing a big Call Of Duty Mobile tournament with the Indian players on social media for some time. The official Twitter handle of the game has confirmed that it’ll be hosting the COD Mobile India Cup.

In fact, According to a report by Sensor Tower, when the game made its way to the market, India was one of the first countries to record the highest number of installations within 24 hours of its release.
Call Of Duty Mobile slowly started picking up its pace in the Indian community. But the PUBG Mobile ban was one of the major turnarounds in the rise of Call Of Duty Mobile esports when many esports firms shifted their focus to this game. How to participate in COD Mobile India Cup
To be eligible to participate, players need to register themselves first for COD Mobile India Cup. Here are the steps that you to follow to register yourself successfully.

- Next, you have to click on Register Now
- Fill in the details, such as name, email ID, COD Mobile User ID, Discord ID, etc., for all six players (including the substitute)
- Next, you have to upload passport size photos and valid address proofs.
- Lastly, accept the terms and conditions and click on Submit.
The tournament registrations have started on December 18th and will close on January 4th.
Format of COD Mobile India Cup
The Call of Duty Mobile India Cup will be played in five modes – Frontline, Team Deathmatch, Search and Rescue, Domination, and Hardpoint. There will be two phases in which the tournament will be played.
Phase 1 : Call of Duty Mobile India Cup Open
The first phase of the tournament will see 2048 teams fighting each other in an open qualifier knockout format. It is scheduled from January 2nd to January 24th with a prize pool of ₹10,00,000 ($13600). The top 16 teams will move to the second phase.
Phase 2: Call of Duty Mobile India Pro Cup
Four pro teams who are invited to the tournament will join the 16 finalists from Phase 1. These sides will play in a round-robin league format. The Phase 2 is scheduled from February 2nd to February 14th, with a prize pool of ₹25,00,000 ($34000).
With the journey of the game going steadily, it’d be only time to tell if Call Of Duty Mobile can establish itself as a major title in the country.
