CarX Street, CarX Technologies’ popular upcoming racing title, which entered beta for iOS in April last year, and then entered beta for Android earlier this month at the beginning of the year, is now set to release on the Android platform globally after fixes to the beta in the latest batch of updates.
An Android release globally is slated for sometime very soon
In a Twitter thread, the developers of the game updated players eagerly waiting for the title, about its current state, providing information regarding a bunch of fixes and additions, which included the addition of a new way to control your cars – the steering wheel, fixes to the game’s performance.
Also, the devs said that they have managed to make changes to the game in accordance with the feedback that they’ve received from the beta on Android and the game is set to release globally on the platform “very soon”. There are no specifications or commitments to any date regarding this right now.
For anyone who doesn’t know, the CarX series, which is now spread over platforms, is insanely popular globally for the racing experience it provides with games like CarX Drift Racing Online and Drift Racing 2, CarX Rally, and more that have managed to accumulate millions of downloads. CarX Street is their open-world installment and it was slated for a release quite a while ago but was delayed as development took time.
Hopefully, the experience will be up to the mark for racing enthusiasts, and based on the footage we’ve seen so far from the tests, it seems quite impressive. There’s no official date for the game’s release but judging from the beta and what the developers have said, interested players should be ready for it to come out anytime now.
