It’s announced that Clash Mini, Supercell’s strategy board game set in the Clash Universe will introduce some balance changes in September 2023 update. A lot of cards have been reworked, while a few have got themselves a considerate amount of buffs and nerfs. Alongside, we will also get to see some text and effects changes, which we will discuss in the article.
Clash Mini September 2023 Balance Changes
Buff

Barbarian King
- 1 HP ability makes the King unstoppable and invulnerable to damage for the same duration.
Royal Champion
- Hit Speed: +0.15
Dagger Goblin
- DMG: 3 → 4
- HP: 10 → 11
- HP Per Star: 5 → 6
- Base Skill Triggers after 3 seconds, which was previously 4.
- Base Skill: +50% → 100% ATK Speed
- 1st Star: Gets 66% Antiheal
- 3rd Star: Invisibility from 2 seconds → 3 seconds
Healing Ranger
- Starting energy: 1 → 2
- 3rd star: Unstoppable 3 seconds → 5 seconds
Royal Ghost
- HP: 10 → 12
Valkyrie
- HP: 25 → 28
- 1st star: 3X → 4X DMG vs Shield
Mini P.E.K.K.A
- 1st star: Crit Chance 40% → 50%
Nerf

Wave Master
- Super stun: 3 seconds → 2 seconds
- Energy to thrown mini: 6 → 4
- 2nd skill (Swipe): no stun, instead 3 seconds -30% slow
Bandit
- HP: 22 → 17
- HP per star: 12 → 11
- Super: Absorb 2 → 0 energy
- Damage: 4 → 5
- 2nd star: 3 second stun → 3s slow
Witch
- Skeleton HP: 4 → 3
- 2nd star: Skeleton +4 → 3HP

Ice Wizard
- 3rd star: Won’t protect from displacement effects, but +8 Shield
Golden Giant
- 2nd star: Heals + 3 seconds block
- 3rd star: KO – gives block & unstoppable to nearby allies (4 seconds)
Magic Archer
- Hit Speed: 0.55 → 0.6
- Hit Speed per star: 0.15 → 0.1
Mega Knight
- Damage: 1 → 2
- 3rd star: no extra energy on CRIT hit
Prince
- HP: 18 → 20
- Stun removed if charge misses
- Pony damage: 1 → 2
- Pony: No knockback & stun
Spear Goblin
- 2nd star: clash gives target 66% antiheal (8s)
Wizard
- Damage: 2 → 3
- Hit speed: 0.4 → 0.3
- 2nd star: antiheal 2 seconds → 3 seconds
Fisherman
- Attack speed per star: 0 → 0.1
- Hook range: 4 → 3 tiles forward
- 3rd star applies to him at 0 stars
- New 3rd star: +3 isolation damage
Other Changes
Few text and effect changes will be happening in the game. Amongst the changes, ability triggers will be labelled in blue whereas the stat increases will be labeled in green. Buffs and effects will be indicated in purple. A few more terminologies are also renamed.
