Call of Duty Mobile is on the verge of celebrating its 4th anniversary. The game already released the anniversary poster and the social handles are throwing a bunch of news every day about its upcoming features that include maps, guns, theme song, and so much more. However, the 4th anniversary will be celebrated with season 10 making through the lobby at the same time. Among the upcoming updates, COD Mobile is going to introduce a new map, the Memnos Island. While there is no official confirmation from the game itself, several leaks showcased a few details on the map.
Memnos map is coming to Call of Duty Mobile in Season 10 2023
Memnos is the Island of Lost Memory. It has a history of over a thousand years and a gradual evolution made it a natural fortress. At the end of the 13th century, the island was invaded and occupied by enemy forces.
The power shift took the island away but still, the occupier’s descendants still own it. “The island has been closed to outside tourists since its establishment. The owner of the island Tight security measures have been maintained, and the island has been kept secret,” the description reads.
We get to know a few of the map’s locations from the leaks. One of the interesting places is going to be the Tholos Asteron. The high tower will be a perfect place to look at the entire map. Besides, a mixture of ancient and modern architecture was spotted here as well. The Templar Crypt Ruins bear the memory of the long-gone people while the Amitys Hotel is a sign of touch from the modern world.
While COD Mobile is yet to introduce the latest updates including the Memnos Island Map, the China test server will be live on the 24th of October 2023. The expected contents from the test event are:
- New Operator Skill
- New Throwable
- New MP Mode
- New Featured Playlist
However, we’ll get to know more and have in-depth knowledge of the upcoming features when they go live. For now, players have to wait patiently until the update arrives.
