The Zombies mode has always been a popular feature in the Call of Duty series. Nothing about Call of Duty Mobile is any different from that. The vast array of game modes in COD Mobile contribute to improving the gamers’ overall gaming experience. The game offers a number of time-limited modes that may only be played for a short time. One of these modes, zombie mode, was first included to the game last year but was later withdrawn on March 25, 2020. The highly anticipated COD Mobile Zombies mode will, however, be making a return in the forthcoming global edition, and gamers will also get the opportunity to play this famous version in the October update, according to devs.
What happened to the COD Mobile Zombies mode
COD Mobile Zombies Mode was widely popular among Call of Duty Mobile players. It managed to amass the attention of the majority of the players. The mode was based on survival instincts, where a squad had to survive against several waves of AI-controlled zombies.
The rewards increased in leaps, according to the duration that a squad survived against the dudgeon of the zombies. This mode was adapted from the main series of Call of Duty games. However, it was removed from the game for an indefinite time in March. The removal was made official in the February community update.
Zombies mode is finally returning in COD Mobile
Developers have finally announced the return of this iconic mode which is available in the upcoming update in the COD Mobile Global version. Earlier, in March 2021, the Zombies mode made a comeback in the CN version of COD Mobile.
The Japanese Zombies map will soon be returning to COD Mobile after making a brief debut in the 2019 Raid mode. It goes without saying that the Zombies’ reintroduction in COD Mobile will have a significant influence on the game’s large user base.
