Deemo 2, a sequel to Taiwanese game developer Rayark’s musical masterpiece Deemo, has opened up its pre-registration for both Android and iOS devices. Rayark Inc. is celebrating its 10th anniversary and has started an event site named Soul Journey where anyone can diagnose the characteristics of their soul with sound.
It also shared a sneak peek of gameplay from Deemo 2, where Echo interacts with the residents in the train station as well as tries to solve the mystery of the station. JetGen, the company behind Deemo Reborn for PS4, is developing Deemo 2 for iOS and Android.
Overview of Deemo 2
The story takes place in a world where it always rains. Any breathing creature that gets caught by the rain will turn into white flowers and disappear. So, everyone hides from the rain in the station. A huge piano in the station can stop the rain with its lovely music, and at the same time, it can protect the station from rain. Echo, the heroine of the game, along with Deemo explores the station to find a way to regain the clear sky with a gentle, warm piano tone.
A closed beta is happening soon
The game will allow only 1000 players to join the closed beta testing. An opinion survey has started already to choose the testers. Those who qualify for the closed test will be sent an invitation between October 18 and 29. If the number of participants reaches some milestones, the game will give exciting rewards.
