EA SPORTS FC Empires previously known as World of League Football enters closed beta test: Here’s how to download and play

Sometime back EA announced to the world its plans to create its gaming ecosystem with its EA Sports FC brand. EA has already kickstarted this expansion with its mobile games portfolio with EA Sports FC Mobile and EA Sports FC Tactical. World of League Football, EA’s latest title has also joined the party as revealed earlier with the name, EA SPORTS FC Empires! EA Sports FC Empires has recently started a round of closed beta testing in selected regions of Thailand, Indonesia, Hong Kong, and Malaysia.

Currently, the game is available for Android residents from the above-mentioned regions via their respective Play Stores. But fear not if you aren’t among those lucky countries, here is how you can download and play the EA SPORTS FC Empires beta from anywhere!

FC Empires allows you to take full control of your club from scratch

As the name suggests, FC Empires allows you to build and make your football empire. In FC Empires, you take the helm as the manager, and you are responsible for every aspect of your club’s growth and development. This includes tasks such as training players, selecting team lineups and strategies, managing club facilities, and more.

Banking on EA’s official licensing from the Premier League and EFL Championship, FC Empires features over authentic 1,000 football stars and 44 clubs to choose from and build your dream squad and manage a team to become the world’s most beloved football club.

Additionally, the game offers multiple game modes including PvE stadium competition, PvP duels, and even Guild competitions! These game modes promise an immersive football experience. Furthermore, the match replays made possible by EA’s football game technology allow you to celebrate your victory in style.

As EA Sports FC Empires opens for beta testing, Android users around the globe can download and have a look at what the game offers. But, during the installation, some players might face problems due to country restrictions.   1. To get the game, you will require a Thai/Indonesian/Hong Kong/Malaysian Google Account.
  2. To get one, you can use any VPN of your choice.
  3. Install the VPN and set the location to Thailand/Indonesia/Hong Kong/Malaysia
  4. Head over to the Play Store to create a new account. Skip the step that asks you if you want to add a mobile number. 
  5. Agree to the TnCs.

  7. Download the game and install it.
  8. You can turn off your VPN while playing the game.

You will need a VPN connection to play the game only for the first time. From the next try, you can play smoothly without any VPN connection even if you are not residing in the above-mentioned countries.
