- FC Mobile Top Duos event glitch lets players claim free Star Pass rewards.
- Bug shows 0 FC Points cost, unlocking the reward track instantly.
- For the premium rewards you still have to purchase the Top Duos Pass.
FC Mobile 26 might have been a free-to-play savior after all, as there are some freebies gifted to us, although unintentionally. The newly released Top Duos event in EA Sports FC Mobile has already run into trouble, as players have found a major glitch that allows them to claim Star Pass rewards for free.
FC Mobile 26 players can complete the free Top Duos Star Pass without any grind
The event, which launched recently, was supposed to bring a standard grind with match chains, leaderboard rewards, and a 30-level Star Pass packed with items like Gems, Coins, Rank-Up Points, and player packs. However, things didn’t exactly go as planned in terms of the “grind”.
From what’s being shared around, the bug seems to revolve around the purchase confirmation showing 0 FC Points, which basically lets us go through the track without actually spending anything. We don’t even need to play events and progress; the glitch simply does things for us.
As expected, the glitch quickly spread across the FC Mobile community, with several content creators and players sharing clips and guides. Every player who came across this glitch might have already completed the free pass rewards.
For the premium side of the rewards, we still need to purchase the pass from the shop, but you already have everything unlocked, so don’t be super greedy about another glitch here.
But yeah, this is where things get a bit tricky. As fun as it sounds, this is still an unintended glitch. And historically, situations like this don’t just slide. EA is definitely stepping in with a fix, and sometimes even rolling things back or taking action on accounts that abused it, although the possibility is quite low.
I’d say, at most, they’ll deduct FC Points based either on the pass value or on the total number of points actually required to unlock each tier.
At the time of writing, there’s no official word from EA. So at the time of writing, the glitch is still running. I would be optimistic and go, “It might be intentional,” but I doubt that being the case. I’ll keep this space updated if there are any new developments.
