Floki announced that its Play-to-Earn MMORPG Valhalla will be featured in a major advertising campaign in the English Premier League (EPL) during the 2024-25 season. With this major campaign, it is anticipated that Valhalla’s high-profile exposure on LED perimeter boards during live matches will increase its brand credibility and push its profile globally.
Valhalla ads will also be featured across multiple platforms, including social media and online channels
Without a doubt, the English Premier League is one of the most popular and most-viewed sports leagues in the world, let alone football. It also boasts a viewership that surpasses the combined audiences of the Bundesliga, Germany’s football league, and the highly-acclaimed European football competition, the UEFA Champions League.
The advertisements for Valhalla will be strategically placed to attract maximum viewership, through the full TV-facing ad system, so that they come into view during the broadcasts of the English Premier League. Further, the ads will include a multi-platform push across social media and online with no virtual overlays to interrupt them.
It is also said that every minute of LED advertising equates to approximately 156 minutes of on-screen worldwide exposure. Throughout the season, Floki will use 100 minutes of advertising time, with 40% of these ads airing during the headliner matches in the league. The campaign is expected to reach over 200 million people, generating 1.2 billion impressions, and close to 440 hours of on-screen time.
In Europe, the campaign is projected to create 81 million impressions, while Asia and Oceania are expected to see 47 million impressions. Africa is anticipated to have 48 million impressions. The ads will be aired on major broadcasters like Sky Sports, TNT, Amazon Prime, NBC Sports, beIN Sports, and many others worldwide.
