This week, Fortnite will host the fourth edition of the much-anticipated Short Nite Film Festival 2022. The celebration is now officially live and ends at 2 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on May 16, 2022. The Short Nite Film Festival is an annual event that showcases a variety of short animated films created by independent animators. These shorts will also be accessible to watch in the game. Epic Games stated on their website that the festival would showcase a selection of ten short films. Three of the shorts will be world premieres, while the tenth will be the only one without a venue.

- In the game’s Discover Screen, go right to the Short Nite row.

For a few days, the Short Nite Film Festival will be available. As a result, gamers will have plenty of time to complete all of the short films. However, seeing it alone would be a waste of time. That is why Fortnite will allow gamers to watch all of the movies in a group of up to seven people.
There’s good news for Fortnite players. While playing Battle Royale and other Creative Experiences, Fortnite gamers will be able to view the movies Picture-in-Picture. This option will also be available in Settings.
Except for one, each film will premiere in its own custom-built cinema space. The tenth film will not be shown in its original theatre; instead, it will be broken into three sections and seen as part of the overall film loop. Fortnite is releasing a new emote dubbed the Snackin’ Emote at the Short Nite event. This emote is now available in the Item Shop. It’s the ideal opportunity to catch up on some great animation.
