Amap in China has collaborated with Genshin Impact to include the voices of the game’s characters- Klee and Jean. According to Weibo, while navigating, users will be guided toward their destination by these voices. Amap, also known as Gaode (é«å¾·), is China’s top GPS navigation app. The service was developed by AutoNavi, which is also a data provider for Apple Maps in China. For the first time, a Genshin Impact character gave direction guidelines two months ago, on January 18, 2022. Amap and Genshin Impact’s first collaboration featured Klee (voice actor: Hualing) as a voice navigator.
Details of the Genshin Impact x Amap collaboration
As of now, two collaborations have been made by Genshin Impact with Amap. As a result of this collaboration, players will get a gift code to claim Fish-Flavored Toast and Invigorating Pizza, Klee and Jean’s special dishes, and Experience and Mora.
In Amap, Klee’s voice pack has a line that says, “Let’s get outta here before Jean finds out.” before starting navigation. While in Jean’s voice pack, we will also hear Klee, and this time is “Let’s go adventure with Jean!” People are guessing if there will be a third collaboration and who will be the next one.
