In Version 3.1 of Genshin Impact, the Desert Region would be unlocked for players to explore. And along with the new region, 2 new playable characters would also be released. And there are going to be 2 character Banners in this phase of Genshin Impact Version 3.1.
1st Character Banner for Genshin Impact Version 3.1 Phase I: Twilight Arbiter
This banner would be featuring Judicator of Secrets Cyno(Electro) as the main 5* character. The 4-star characters featuring in the banner along with Cyno are: Mender of Tribulations Kuki Shinobu(Electro), Mujina Ninja Sayu(Anemo), and Golden Vow Candace(Hydro). All characters would receive a huge drop-rate boost. Once Version 3.1 is over, Candace would be available in the standard wish Wanderlust Invocation.
2nd Character Banner for Genshin Impact Version 3.1 Phase I: Ballad in Goblets
This character banner would feature Windborne Bard Venti(Anemo). This is going to be the 3rd re-run banner for Venti. The 4-star characters featured in the banner are going to be Mender of Tribulations Kuki Shinobu(Electro), Mujina Ninja Sayu(Anemo), and “Golden Vow” Candace(Hydro). All characters featured in the banner would receive a huge drop rate boost.
Test Run trials will be open to test out the character you want to pull
The Test Run trial will be open during this event wish. Travelers can try out the new and returning characters in the fixed team compositions. This can be done by entering the specific domains to fight and getting acquainted with the powers and attributes of various characters. Completing them gives rewards such as Primogems, Hero’s Wits, Mora, and Mystic Enhancement Stones among other rewards. As there are 2 character banners in this phase, hence there would be 2 5-star character Trial Runs. And for each of those Trial Runs, players would be getting 20 primogems.
Weapon Banner for Genshin Impact 3.1 Version Phase I: Epitome Invocation
5-star weapons featured in the Weapon banner are : Staff of The Scarlett Sands(Polearm) and Elegy for the End(Bow). And other 4-star weapons present in the banner are Makhaira aquamarine(Claymore), Favounius Lance(Polearm), Favounius Warbow(Bow), Sacrificial Fragments(Catalyst), Lion’s Roar(Sword). Staff of The Scarlett Sands is the signature weapon for Cyno. And supposedly, for Venti, Genshin Impact has provided Elegy for the End.
Final Thoughts
Version 3.1 is going to be a very important update for Genshin Impact players. As 2nd anniversary celebration for Genshin Impact would also be done during this update. Hence players would be getting lots of rewards and events. So, it would be easier for players to get Cyno or Venti according to their choice.
Cyno is going to be an Electro DPS character and Venti has been a great support character. Also, Candace is going to be a hydro support character with great defensive skills. Depending upon the requirement of accounts, players can try to get the characters they desire or are required for their accounts.
