HoYoverse has unveiled that Genshin Impact Version 4.5, titled Blades Weaving Betwixt Brocade, is scheduled to launch on March 13, 2024. After the festive celebrations of the New Year in Liyue, players will be called upon to venture to Mondstadt. There, they will assist Jean, Lisa, and the Knights of Favonius in fostering the local alchemical potion trade.
Additionally, players will have the opportunity to recruit the talented designer, Chiori. Version 4.5 brings several enhancements, including the introduction of a new information hub named Training Guide. This feature offers a range of recommendations for enhancing characters within the Travelers’ parties.
Join Lisa’s Alchemical Adventure in Genshin Impact Version 4.5
In the latest major seasonal event, Alchemical Ascension, participants are invited to heed the call of the Knights of Favonius and aid Lisa in the management of an alchemical potion shop, thereby boosting local business. They are tasked with overseeing each aspect of the production process, from nurturing ingredients to crafting potions and vending them to customers. As profits surge, players can expand their enterprise by procuring additional operational facilities and premium potion containers, thereby broadening their business scope and inventory.
Along the way, they may encounter familiar characters and strike mutually beneficial deals. In exchange, they stand to receive a range of rewards, including the coveted 4-star polearm, Dialogues of the Desert Sages. Furthermore, adventurers seeking respite can partake in cat interactions at Feline Fortress Furrdyssey or indulge in cannon-firing challenges in the Rolling Crossfire event.
Chioriya Boutique Owner enters the Fray as a Geo Swordswoman
In the upcoming update, Chiori, the brilliant Inazuma fashion designer and proprietor of Chioriya Boutique in Fontaine, is set to debut as a 5-star Geo sword wielder. Travelers will have the opportunity to delve deeper into her story. In battle, Chiori summons her automaton doll and design assistant, Tamato, to inflict damage based on her Defense and Attack.
If a Geo Construct is nearby, she summons an additional Tamato. Her Elemental Burst sees her drawing her twin blades for a precise strike, causing AoE Geo damage. While exploring, Chiori boosts party members’ Movement Speed by 10% if any member dons a non-default outfit or wind glider. Additionally, her latest Story Quest during Fontaine Fashion Week will uncover more of the challenges and triumphs she encounters in her profession.
Genshin Impact version 4.5 introduces ‘Chronicled Wish’ with exclusive characters and weapons
In Version 4.5 Event Wishes, Chiori and Arataki Itto take the spotlight in the initial half, succeeded by Neuvillette and Kaedehara Kazuha in the latter portion. Additionally, a fresh Chronicled Wish emerges for the first time in Version 4.5, introducing 5-star characters Albedo, Eula, Mona, Klee, Diluc, and Jean, along with over 10 5-star weapons like Wolf’s Gravestone and Hunter’s Path within the same Wish. Players have the opportunity to navigate towards their desired 5-star character or weapon, ensuring their second 5-star acquisition aligns with their preference if it wasn’t obtained initially.
Genshin Impact version 4.5 introduces system optimizations for player ease
To make the adventure and combat experience easier, especially for players in the early stages of the game, the latest version will bring new system optimizations. In the Paimon Menu, the Training Guide provides useful tips and suggestions for enhancing the characters in the player’s party based on their level, weapons, artifacts, and talents.
For instance, if the player checks the recommendations for a particular character’s weapons, the Training Guide will show how to ascend the equipped weapon, where to obtain ascension materials, and what weapons are commonly equipped for said character according to other players. In addition, the character’s Talents interface will now display upgrade materials, so Travelers can know at a glance which materials they need.
