It has quite a bit of content for players to try out like new weapons, weapons balance changes, new MP maps, and more. Players can follow the download guide given below to try out the test server build. The test server has already started and will go on till the end of the week. Also, this should be noted that as COD Mobile China announced to synchronize with the global version starting from June 2021, therefore, the features are the same as those in the Chinese test server.

It is finally the time, as the Public Test Build for Season 1 2022 is here! This test server begins on January 3, 2022 (PT). This time around, there are two different versions, 32 bit and 64 bit. For anyone unfamiliar, 64 bit is more suited for higher-end devices while 32 bit is generally more suited for lower-end devices.
We recommend that you only download the 64-bit version if you have no issues running the current version of the game on the more demanding graphical settings. Here’s how to download the COD Mobile Season 1 2022 test server on Android and iOS devices.
Download on Android devices
- Download the 32-bit APK file, which is suited for lower-end devices by clicking here or the 64-bit APK file (for higher end devices) by clicking here.
- Players should make sure the phone has enough space, as the initial download size is about 600 MB and then install the file.
- Allow installation from unknown sources if it is not on already.
- Now you can play Call of Duty Mobile Season 1 2022 Test Server.
Download on iOS devices
- For iOS players, you will just need to have Apple’s Testflight application installed on your phone. You can download the application here.
- Once Testflight is downloaded, click here to get access to the CODM Test Server.
- That’s it. Now you can play the Season 1 2022 Test Server on your iPhone or iPad.
Now, before downloading the Call of Duty Mobile Season 1 2022 Test Server, there are some points that must be gone through.
- The file size is 2.0 GB.
- Keep in mind that in this test build, Activision only allows the first 25k players for Android and 15k players for iOS to enter into the Public Test Server. So make sure you hurry up a little if you want to save yourself a spot on the Test server.
- All the information and data will be wiped out at the end of the test.
As per usual, everything one sees in the build may not be final, maybe buggy, or may have placeholder art or text, or may not be released in the next update. Also, this file and build are independent of the main build. Therefore, one does not need to remove or do anything with the main COD Mobile application. It will install another application that is executed separately.
New features in the Call of Duty: Mobile Season 1 2022 Test Server
A Nuketown reskin, this map is set in the night and might be one of the most beautiful looking Nuketown renditions we’ve seen in a while with cool-looking lanterns and neon signs lighting up everything.
This one is yet another visually pleasing map set in a large vineyard in Spain. It was first introduced in Call of Duty: Black OPS 4. It is quite a large map that shares the swimming feature with Icebreaker. This is yet another newly added map.
It is a medium-sized map which is set on a construction site. There is a lot of potential for close-quarters combat here. Players will have to be careful while turning corners as they might run into the enemy at any time.
New BR location: Ice Park
Ice Park is a brand-new location in Isolated, the original map we’ve had from the start. Located in the snowy tundra regions, players can have some fun here with their snowboards as they can jump off ramps and do cool stunts.
The Kilo 141 is a new assault rifle that is supposed to have a good full auto rate of fire but for some reason, has a 4-round burst right now in COD Mobile. However, that will probably be fixed later on. It can deliver the hits though and performs pretty well.
The PPSH is an SMG from the Soviet era that has been featured in quite a few COD games. It has a high rate of fire, decent round capacity. It delivers the hits well.
New Scorestreak: Chopper Gunner
By unlocking this scorestreak, players can ride in a chopper armed with a heavy machine gun to rain bullets on their enemies.
New Tactical: Storm Ball
The Storm Ball is a new tactical grenade that functions as a smoke grenade but deploys a shroud of smoke that makes it hard to see anything inside, but players can see just fine inside the hemisphere of smoke.
That’s pretty much it for this test server!
