Activision has released a new public test build for Season 7 of Call of Duty Mobile. How to download and play the COD Mobile Season 7 2022 Test Server

It is finally time, as the Public Test Build for Season 7 2022 is here! This test server begins on July 13, 2022 (PT). This time around, there are two different versions, 32-bit and 64-bit. For anyone unfamiliar, 64-bit is more suited for higher-end devices while 32-bit is generally more suited for lower-end devices.

We recommend that you only download the 64-bit version if you have no issues running the current version of the game on the more demanding graphical settings. Here’s how to download the COD Mobile Season 7 2022 test server on Android and iOS devices.

Download on Android devices

  1. Download the 32-bit APK file, which is suited for lower-end devices by clicking here, or the 64-bit APK file (for higher-end devices) by clicking here.
  2. Players should make sure the phone has enough space, as the initial download size is about 700-800 MB and then install the file.
  3. Allow installation from unknown sources if it is not on already.
  4. Now you can play Call of Duty Mobile Season 7 2022 Test Server.

Download on iOS devices

  1. For iOS players, you will just need to have Apple’s Testflight application installed on your phone from here
  2. Once Testflight is downloaded, you can get access to the COD Mobile Test Server.
  3. That’s it. Now you can play the Season 7 2022 Test Server on your iPhone or iPad.

Now, before downloading the Call of Duty Mobile Season 7 2022 Test Server, there are some points that must be gone through.

  • The file size is 700-800 MB initially.
  • Keep in mind that in this test build, Activision only allows the first 30k players for Android and iOS players to enter into the Public Test Server. So make sure you hurry up a little if you want to save yourself a spot on the Test server.
  • All the information and data will be wiped out at the end of the test.

As per usual, everything one sees in the build may not be final, may be buggy, may have placeholder art or text, or may not be released in the next update. Also, this file and build are independent of the main build. Therefore, one does not need to remove or do anything with the main COD Mobile application. It will install another application that is executed separately.

New features in the Call of Duty: Mobile Season 7 2022 Test Server

New Scorestreak – Claw

A new Scorestreak named Claw is possibly on its way to making it to the arsenal next season. Ballistic bullets that can bounce off objects are fired by The Claw. The Claw can swiftly eliminate foes in front of it as well as those hiding in corners thanks to its fast fire rate.

With its volley of projectiles, the Claw is helpful in objective game modes for seriously hurting or impeding players on the objective. When all ammunition has been used up, the 30-second period expires, or the player switches weapons, the Claw is deactivated. The countdown gets shorter when the weapon is fired.

New Weapon – Switchblade X9

The Switchblade X9 is a five-shot kill at close range but will drop off to a nine-shot kill at longer distances. Paired with the weapon’s low magazine size, the Switchblade X9 is very ineffective at mid-to-long range engagements unless the player’s target is weakened. However, the Switchblade X9 can be quite effective at close range due to its fast fire rate, which can be increased with proper perks.

If the player wants to get the most out of the Switchblade X9, accessories like the Hybrid Mags and Stabilizer will assist the weapon to have more ammo and be less shaky at extended ranges. Additionally, the Laser Sight will increase the accuracy of the weapon’s hipfire while the Grip can lessen recoil.

New Lethal equipment – C4

Throwable explosive C4 adheres to the majority of surfaces if not all of them. When the user detonates it with a detonator, it subsequently explodes. When C4 is tossed, it will adhere to whichever surface it first contacts. Verify there are no obstructions between the surface you want to attach it to and the surface.

The C4 can adhere to some types of cars as well. This enables the user to employ C4 assaults to play a high-risk anti-vehicle role. Contrary to other deadly weapons, the C4 requires manual activation before it may be used. The C4 is destroyed if the user passes away before detonating it.

New Perk – Spycraft

The Spycraft perk virtually counters the effects of most perks and field upgrades. It nullifies the effects of certain Scorestreaks and it also allows you to hack enemy Field Upgrades. The Spycraft perk nullifies most perks and Field Upgrades that disrupt intel and player movement.

With this, you can swiftly move through enemy lines and hit the opposing team without having to worry about mines or enemy hunters. Another feature of the Spycraft perk is that it allows you to hack enemy Field Upgrades. If done correctly, you can turn these gadgets to support your team and disrupt the enemies instead!
