Christiane Gäb has been employed as an HR Business Partner at InnoGames since January 2023. In her fresh role, she now reports directly to Michael Zillmer, the Co-founder and COO of InnoGames.

Christiane Gäb to use her expertise in bridging HR and business at InnoGames
Christiane Gäb has been working in HR since her employment as an HR Officer at Tchibo GmbH in 1994. Following a stint as an HR Manager at SGS ControllCo m.b.H., her career path took her to Techniker Krankenkasse. In the role of HR Manager and Consultant to the Head of HR, she held responsibilities for recruitment and personnel consulting for more than a decade.
In 2011, CMG Business Coaching + Mediation was founded by Gäb, a consulting firm specializing in business coaching and mediation, which successfully acquired numerous renowned companies as clients. Concurrently, from 2019 to 2022, Gäb served as a People and Culture Advisor and P&C Business Partner for Continental Europe at A-Gas Deutschland GmbH. In January 2023, she assumed the position of HR Business Partner at InnoGames.
