KRAFTON invests $5.4 million in JetSynthesys-owned Nautilus Mobile

Nautilus mobile plans to expand its hit cricket game franchise Real Cricket

Nautilus Mobile, a JetSynthesys-owned Indian mobile game production studio and creator of Real Cricket, has received a $5.4 million investment from KRAFTON, Inc., the producers of the massively popular battle royale game Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI). Nautilus Mobile plans to use the KRAFTON financing to expand its reach into new regions around the world and increase its scope to include a variety of sports games in addition to cricket.

The company was founded in 2013 with the goal of creating and publishing high-quality cricket games. JetSynthesys, a new-age digital entertainment, and technology firm with a global foray in gaming and esports, digital entertainment, and interest-based social community platforms, announced the acquisition of Nautilus Mobile 100 percent in October 2020.

Nautilus to use the $5.4 million investment from KRAFTON to accelerate its growth in India

Nautilus Mobile is the world’s most popular simulation-based cricket gaming series, with over 100 million downloads and a community of over a million monthly active users (MAUs). They will be able to accelerate its growth in India and improve the overall gaming infrastructure thanks to KRAFTONs skills and experience.

JetSynthesys will retain a controlling share in the company following this financing. JetSynthesys has established itself as a significant name in the gaming industry, particularly for generating high-fidelity mobile games with network play across its own games and those of its subsidiaries.
