The game, created by Spanish game developer Xagu Studios, is a new take on the management genre of the two-wheeled sport, allowing players to assume complete charge of a club and achieve milestones as they go.

In Live Cycling Manager 2023, the challenge is to manage a professional team while competing against 40 other teams to achieve the top. Players can compete against other cyclists in Live Cycling Manager 2023 with real-time 3D races on offer, categorized into two types, World and Pro. With almost 240 stages, the top races in France, Spain, Italy, Belgium, and other countries in circumstances such as flat races, hill climb trials, time trials, pavés, mountains, half-mountain, and so on.
