Capcom announced an offline version of its action game Mega Man X DiVE at The June 2023 Capcom Showcase. Now, Capcom has announced the release date of Mega Man X DiVE Offline and its price. The game will be released on September 1, 2023, for both Android and iOS as well as for PC via Steam as a premium title.

Mega Man X DiVE was released back in August 2021 and announced in June 2023 that it would shut down the Capcom Taiwan version on September 27th, 2023. However, the mobile version distributed by NebulaJoy in North America, Europe, Latin America, and Korea will continue to render the services. The story of the game follows the Deep Log that holds the memories of the Mega Man X series is under attack and players must go or more appropriately ‘DiVE’ into the cyberspace with Hunter Program to recover the data.
Mega Man X DiVE Offline will bring back the nostalgic gameplay of classic Mega Man games. The game recreates the pixel-art style of the original games but it’s already been confirmed that it will not feature any collaborations or multiplayer. There will be amazing characters from the Mega Man series such as Zero, Proto Man, Bass, Sigma, and Mega Man.Exe and more than 900 stages, fan-favorite bosses, and more.
Players can level up the characters and equipment to create a powerful hunter. They can also build unique custom characters by cultivating weapons and characters. The game also features new original characters joining the already amazing character list. You can complete stages and recover memory pieces using Element Metals and unlock characters analyzing the recovered memories. Mega Man X DiVE Offline is set to release this September 1st on Android, iOS, and PC via Steam priced at $29.99. Although the pricing is confirmed for Steam version, the mobile pricing is not yet confirmed. The game is now available to pre-order on Steam but pre-order on iOS and pre-registration for Android are currently not live.
