As the M7 World Championship is over, Mobile Legends: Bang Bang is stepping into the 2026 esports year, and also shared the roadmap for this year. Following so, the upcoming tournaments in line are the professional leagues. The Mobile Legends MPL PH Season 17, thus, is now knocking on the door. It will be an offline event, with top-tier teams from the country’s MLBB esports scene competing hard to secure slots for the MSC 2026.
Mobile Legends MPL PH Season 17: Schedule and Format
The esports tournament will be going through a franchise system for the tenth consecutive season. The event will kick off in March and run till June. It didn’t disclose any format or exact schedule so far, but I believe it will follow the previous format, as the franchise system isn’t getting a replacement.
However, we will be looking into what the event shares in the future. The previous format included a two-phase system where teams fight in the Regular season and then move to the Playoffs to determine the champion of the event.
Participating Teams
The Philippines is one of the most hyped and engaged regions of MLBB. The country’s view of the game is larger than life, and teams are also running the same motivation inside. The defending champion, Team Liquid PH, will again want to claim the trophy, but it won’t be easy, as big names are always around.
There will be eight participating teams. Here’s a list of them:

Prize Pool
The prize pool isn’t announced yet. It will follow the previous pattern and should look like the following:
