On August 19, the CEO of Nexon Co Ltd, Jeongheon Lee announced the official site of the ‘Creator Sponsorship Program’ for players above the age of 14, who communicate with Nexon games on various platforms and started recruiting creators for their upcoming MMORPG game Hit 2, for the first time.
The program will help creators who stream and publish gameplay content regularly
Initiated by Nexon, the Creator Sponsorship Program is a new kind of program for creators and fans who stream or publish gameplay content on different platforms across the internet. When a user uses the exclusive code of the creator they support, a fraction of the amount is stored as the creator’s donation money when making in-game purchases.
Creators having more than 100 subscribers on YouTube can register themselves as Nexon Creator. They can register on the official website of the ‘Creator Sponsorship Program’ at any time. Upon mentioning the Nexon game you want to play and the channel information you are running, on the application, they will be provided with a dedicated code. This code, through a simple screening process, can be shared with fans.
Nexon to pre-recruit creators for the ‘Hit 2’ creator selection squad
Nexon Co Ltd. will pre-recruit creators who will participate in the Hit 2 creator selection squad. This will be done by the 23rd of this month, before the opening of the Creator Sponsorship Program. Selected members of the selection team upon performing the event mission, will receive exclusive coupons. These coupons can be freely gifted to Hit 2 users for upgrading the creator’s rank.
With the upcoming release of the new Hit 2 on August 25, Nexon introduced the Creator Sponsorship Program for the first time and will beta test it for 3 months.
