Paris Hilton has launched her own world in Roblox named Paris World

Metaverse is only getting bigger and bigger!

Paris Hilton, the popular multi-millionaire celebrity has launched her own world in the Roblox named Paris World. It is being considered a part of the metaverse now since Mark Zuckerberg introduced the term for the first time.

Roblox players can head over into Paris World to explore digital replicas of Paris’ Beverly Hills estate and the dog mansion, drive around in sports cars, or cruise around in yachts. Players can also buy tickets to jet skis or virtual attire with Robux (Roblox’s in-game currency that can be bought with real money) so that’s how Paris would profit from this project.

Additionally, Paris, an experienced DJ, would also be putting up an electric set for the players who’re in the game on New Year’s Eve.

“For me, the metaverse is somewhere that you can do everything you can do in real life in the digital world. Not everybody gets to experience that, so that’s what we’ve been working together on over the past year, giving them all my inspirations of what I want in that world”

Gersh, a former Walt Disney, and Time executive who works with Paris also said “The final piece of the digital space is the metaverse, We think that there’s a real opportunity for Paris to influence, even at a younger level than who her core customer is. We’ve built a fantastic, whimsical world that we believe her fans and new fans will just love.”

Hilton isn’t the first to do this either with The Angry Birds, Nike, and other big brands and names setting up bases in Roblox. As the concept of the Metaverse gains more steam, it’s likely that more celebrities will take to Roblox and other similar games to interact with their fans.
