Persona 5: The Phantom X has announced that the action RPG title will be open for players in China with its open beta phase starting from April 12, 2024. In addition, the developers of the game have confirmed that there will be a public beta preview live broadcast on April 8th.

Persona 5: Phantom of the Night, or P5: The Phantom X, is an urban adventure JRPG crafted in the critically acclaimed Persona series of games, officially authorized by SEGA with supervision from ATLUS. Crafted by Perfect World Games’ Black Feather Studio, this game promises an immersive gaming experience thanks to an original story-based narrative.
First announced in March of 2023, Persona 5 brings us to an adventure where we assume the role of a high school student exploring a vibrant campus city. They attend classes, work part-time jobs, play baseball, watch movies, date, and interact with others, immersing themselves in the life of a Japanese high school student.
In the same year in August, a second closed beta was announced and was followed by the third closed Beta Test on January 16 in China again. In Persona 5: The Phantom X, the theme of “desire” presents interesting features: a mysterious old man with a long nose, an underwater room, a talking owl, and a parallel world, all intertwined in the game’s narrative.

As mentioned, you can get your hands on Persona 5: The Phantom X if you are from China via the Haoyou Kuaidao app store once the open beta is launched for all platforms including Android and iOS. You can also pre-register for the game on the same page. The pre-registration rewards can be earned as well, where you can unlock gift packages like Alien Crystal Amber and Persona Essence.
