Niantic announced details for the Pokémon GO annual Halloween event Part I 2023, taking place from Thursday, October 19, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. to Thursday, October 26, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. local time. Trainers can look forward to the following in Part I:
Pokémon Debuts
Greavard and its Evolution, the Ghost Dog Pokémon Houndstone, will make their Pokémon GO debuts! Furthermore, players can use 50 Greavard Candy to evolve Greavard into Houndstone.
Wild encounters
The following Pokémon will appear more frequently in the wild.
Paid Timed Research
Players can use event-only Timed Research for $5.00 (or the corresponding price tier in your home currency). To obtain encounters with Dark-type Pokémon like Alolan Meowth and Ghost-type Pokémon like Phantump as well as a Halloween-themed avatar pose, finish the research objectives.
Remember that Timed Research runs out. Before Tuesday, October 31, 2023, at 8:00 p.m. local time, all tasks related to this Timed Research must be finished, and awards must be claimed.
Trainers who have attained a Friendship level of Great Friends or above with any of their Pokémon GO pals will be able to buy and give tickets to them. Please be aware that all purchases, even those for other Trainers, are final. PokéCoins cannot be used to purchase tickets.
Timed Research
